An object of the present invention is to obtain a composition having, for example, improved anti-sagging properties, pigment dispersibility, and crack resistance, and the present invention relates to an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer composition including: an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (A) satisfying requirements (a-1) to (a-3) described below; one or more selected from a color material (D), a resin (E) and an oil (F); and a solvent (C), (a-1) a methyl group index measured by .sup.1H-NMR is in a range of 40 to 60%, (a-2) a weight average molecular weight (Mw) determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is in a range of 3,000 to 30,000, (a-3) no melting peak is observed at temperatures ranging from −100° C. to 150° C. in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).

An object is to provide a chlorinated polyolefin resin composition being superior in adhesion, solution stability, and chipping resistance. The chlorinated polyolefin resin composition contains a component (A): a polyolefin resin A having a melting point (Tm.sub.A) obtained with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) in the range of 90 to 160° C., and a component (B): a polyolefin resin B having a melting point (Tm.sub.B) obtained with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) in the range of 50 to 130° C., at least any one of the component (A) and the component (B), or a copolymer thereof being a chlorinated polyolefin resin (where |Tm.sub.A−Tm.sub.B|≥5° C.).

An object is to provide a chlorinated polyolefin resin composition being superior in adhesion, solution stability, and chipping resistance. An object is to provide a resin composition having excellent performance as a binder such as adhesiveness and, at the same time, retaining solution properties favorably even after a solution is stored for a long period of time. A modified polyolefin resin composition includes a modified polyolefin resin (C), in which the modified polyolefin resin (C) is a resin made by modifying a polymer (A) that is a polymer (a) of a polyolefin resin or a chlorinated polyolefin resin and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative having a structure derived from at least one carboxy group or a chlorinated product (b) thereof with a modification component including an alcohol (B); and a residual ratio of the structure derived from at least one carboxy group in the modified polyolefin resin (C) is 50% or more and 80% or less.

The crosslinkable thermoplastic polymer may be curable by exposure to moisture and may include moisture curable silane functionality in the crosslinkable thermoplastic polymer.

The hitting sound reducing material (B) is a hydrogenated copolymer derived from hydrogenation of a copolymer formed of a block portion (I) primarily including structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl-based compound, and a random portion (II) primarily including structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl-based compound and primarily including structural units derived from butadiene. The structural units in the block portion (I) and the structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl-based compound in the random portion (II) are present in 55 to 80 mass % relative to a 100 total mass % of the copolymer, and the hydrogenated copolymer has a primary dispersion peak of tan δ at 0° C. or greater.
