One embodiment of the present invention provides a curable composition, including a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, a compound selected from the group consisting of a multivalent alcohol and an epoxy compound, and a base amplifier.
ADHESIVE AGENT, LAMINATE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATE, AND PACKAGING MATERIAL
Provided are a two-component curable adhesive which can be aged at room temperature and has favorable adhesiveness to various base materials, a laminate in which the adhesiveness between a base material and an adhesive is excellent even when aged at room temperature, and a packaging material including the laminate. The two-component curable adhesive includes a polyisocyanate composition (X) including a polyisocyanate compound (A) and a polyol composition (Y) including a polyol (B), in which a viscosity of the polyol composition at 50° C. is 20 mPa.Math.s or more and 180 mPa.Math.s or less.
METHOD FOR FORMING FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION FOR USE THEREIN
The present invention aims to provide an epoxy resin composition for a fiber-reinforced composite material that maintains low viscosity during injection into reinforcing fibers to realize good impregnating and also has high toughness and high heat resistance and also aims to provide a fiber-reinforced composite material produced therefrom. Also provided is a molding method for a fiber-reinforced composite material including at least a reinforcing fiber [A] and a cured product of an epoxy resin composition [B], wherein the epoxy resin composition [B] includes the components [a], [b], and [c] specified below, and the epoxy resin composition [B] is cured in such a manner that the absorbance ratio Da/(Da+Db) is in the range of 0.4 to 1 in producing the fiber-reinforced composite material: [a] an epoxy resin having at least two oxirane groups in the molecule, [b] an epoxy resin curing agent having at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule, and [c] a catalyst.
IMPROVED POLYURETHANE FOAM USING HFO PROPELLANTS
The invention pertains generally to a shelf-stable polyurethane HFO-blown two-component polyurethane foam composition which includes controlling the ratio of tin-containing catalyst(s) to potassium-containing catalyst(s).
ANTI-PILLING MERINO WOOL FABRIC, GARMENTS COMPRISING THEREOF, AND METHOD OF FABRICATION THEREOF
The present invention provides an anti-pilling wool fabric with a coating having pilling resistance and resistance to fiber loss from fabric surface. The coating is formed by a coating formulation including at least two diisocyanates, at least two catalyst, a water dispersing agent, a buffer and water, which provides a polycarbodiimide crosslinker reactive to the relative less reactive groups on polypeptide of the wool fabric and promotes crosslinking between polypeptides of the wool fabric under relatively mild processing conditions so as to enhance mechanical strength of the wool fabric whilst no significant effect of the original finish merino wool fabric and/or garment and fiber loss from fabric surface are observed, compared to conventional treatment methods on wool fabric. A corresponding coating formulation and method of fabricating the anti-pilling wool fabric are also provided. The present invention is applicable to finished wool fabric which fibers are already with colorant(s), and/or dye(s), and/or reactive dye(s).
