AMINE COMPOSITION USEFUL FOR MAKING POLYURETHANE FOAM
A catalyst composition for making polyurethane foam, the catalyst composition including a compound having a general formula R.sup.1R.sup.2R.sup.3N, wherein each of R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are independently selected from the group consisting of: a compound according to formula (I):

wherein n=1 to 5; and R4, R5 and R6 are each independently hydrogen, methyl, ethyl and propyl groups; hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group compound, a C1-C6 cycloalkyl group compound, a C1-C6 alkenyl group compound, a C1-C6 alkynyl group compound, a C1-C6 aryl group compound, and a C1-C6 aralkyl group compound, each group being substituted or unsubstituted; wherein at least one of R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 is a compound according to formula (I). Methods for making recyclable and depolymerizable polymer network materials via thiourethane dynamic chemistry
Polythiourethane polymer networks that can be processed and/or recycled are provided. Also provided are methods of forming the polythiourethane polymer networks using excess thiol and/or a dual catalyst system and methods for reprocessing and recycling the polyurethane polymer networks. The polythiourethane polymer networks are based on thiourethane dynamic chemistry.
SYNTHESIS OF POLYURETHANE POLYMERS IN FLOW REACTORS
Techniques regarding the polymerization of polyurethanes are provided. For example, one or more embodiments described herein can comprise synthesizing, via a polymerization reaction performed within a flow reactor, a polyurethane. A thermosetting coating composition includes a hydroxyl group-containing resin (A), a blocked polyisocyanate curing agent (B), and an amine compound (C) represented by the formula (1). In the formula (1), R.sup.1 to R.sup.5 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or an organic group having one or more carbon atoms. Rigid foam
A rigid foam having increased flame retardance comprises the reaction product of an isocyanate component and an isocyanate-reactive component. The isocyanate component and an isocyanate-reactive component are reacted in the presence of an isocyanurate catalyst component and a carbodiimide catalyst component. The isocyanurate catalyst component comprises 1,3,5-tris(3-(dimethylamino)propyl)-hexahydro-s-triazine and the carbodiimide catalyst component comprises 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-phospholene-1-oxide. A method of forming the rigid foam on a surface comprises the steps of providing the isocyanate component, providing the isocyanate-reactive component, providing the isocyanurate catalyst component, providing the carbodiimide catalyst component, and spraying the isocyanate component, isocyanate-reactive component, isocyanurate catalyst component, and carbodiimide catalyst component onto the surface to form the rigid foam on the surface.

To provide a catalyst composition excellent in cell openness properties and initial curing properties, and a method for producing a polyurethane resin using the same. THIOURETHANE POLYMERS, METHOD OF SYNTHESIS THEREOF AND USE IN ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES
A semi-crystalline thiourethane polymer. The semi-crystalline thiourethane polymer comprises a sequential chain of a first type of monomer covalently bonded to a second type of monomer via thiourethane linkages. Each of the first type of monomer includes two or more thiol functional groups and each of the second type of monomer includes two or more isocyanate functional groups. The first and second types of monomers are polymerized together in an anionic step-growth polymerization reaction that is catalyzed by a non-nucleophillic base having a pKa greater than 7, produced by photo-initiated decomposition of a photolatent base. A method of synthesizing, and polymer jetting and stereolithography methods of manufacturing a polymer part, are also disclosed.

Disclosed are processes, products, and compositions having tetraalkylguanidine salt of aromatic acid. The processes include providing a pre-mix comprising an aromatic carboxylic acid component and contacting a tetraalkylguanidine with the aromatic carboxylic acid component in the pre-mix to form the tetraalkylguanidine salt of aromatic carboxylic acid or producing a catalyst composition by contacting the tetraalkylguanidine with the aromatic carboxylic acid component to form the tetraalkylguanidine salt of aromatic carboxylic acid. The compositions include the tetraalkylguanidine salt of aromatic carboxylic acid. The product is formed by the tetraalkylguanidine salt of aromatic carboxylic acid.
COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR A ROOT CANAL FILLING

R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each independently C.sub.2-C.sub.8 alkyl, and R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are —CH.sub.3 groups; or A=O or N—R.sup.3, R.sup.3 is C.sub.1-C.sub.8 linear or branched, and N(R.sup.1-R.sup.4) and N(R.sup.2-R.sup.5) each independently represent a C.sub.3-C.sub.7 ring amine moiety of the type:
