The present invention is a stretchable film including: a silicone main-chain type urethane layer and a silicone-pendant type urethane layer, wherein the silicone main-chain type urethane layer has a structure shown by the following general formula (1)-1 and/or (1)-2 and is formed on the silicone-pendant type urethane layer, and the silicone-pendant type urethane layer has a structure shown by the following general formula (2)-1 and/or (2)-2. The present disclosure is drawn to a reactive polyurethane dispersion including a polymer strand having a polymer backbone that has two ends terminating at a first capping unit and a second capping unit. The polymer backbone can include polymerized monomers including a reactive diol and a diisocyanate. The reactive diol can be an acrylate-containing diol, a methacrylate-containing diol, a styrene-containing diol, or combination thereof. The first capping unit can be a styrene-containing monoalcohol reacted with an isocyanate group of the diisocyanate. The second capping unit can be an ionic stabilizing group.

A radiation curable polyurethane resin includes an ionic group, a polyalkylene oxide in a side chain thereof, and a (meth)acrylate or (meth)acrylamide having a hydroxyl functional group. The polyurethane resin is obtainable by reacting a polyester polyol, a polyether diol, a polyol containing an ionic group, a (meth)acrylate or (meth)acrylamide having a hydroxyl functional group, and a polyisocyanate. The polyester polyol is obtained by reacting a polycarboxylic acid and a polyol. The radiation curable polyurethane resin can be used as binder in an aqueous ink jet ink.

The polyester polyol is obtained by reacting a polycarboxylic acid and a polyol. The radiation curable polyurethane resin can be used as binder in an aqueous ink jet ink.
