THREE-DIMENSIONAL SPHERICAL ALPHA-HELIX CATIONIC POLYPEPTIDE HAVING HIGH-EFFICIENCY GENE DELIVERY CAPABILITY, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A three-dimensional star-shaped α-helix polypeptide having a high-efficiency gene delivery capability, and a preparation method and an application thereof. A dendrimer is used as an initiator and dichloromethane is used as a reaction solvent to initiate high-speed ring-opening polymerization of different types of N-carboxylic anhydride monomers, and groups having different electrical properties are introduced at the ends via click chemistry reactions. The abundant amino groups on the surface of the dendrimer provide enough polymerization sites to enable the polypeptide to form a three-dimensional spherical topological structure, and the topological structure provides an opportunity for initial acceleration of the ring-opening polymerization reaction. The higher positive charge density caused by polypeptide side chain modified guanidine/amino groups etc. achieves a high-efficiency gene loading capability by the electrostatic effect between positive and negative charges, and the α-helix rigid structure on the secondary structure thus enables the polypeptide to have stronger membrane penetration capability.

THIOUREA-CONTAINING DENDRIMER AND THIOUREA-CONTAINING HYPERBRANCHED POLYMER AS WELL AS PREPARATION METHODS THEREOF AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
The present invention discloses thiourea-containing dendrimers and thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymers, and respectively a preparation method for the thiourea-containing dendrimer and a preparation method for the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer, and a thiourea-containing dendrimer and a thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer having increased water solubility prepared by using the thiourea-containing dendrimer and the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer as raw materials. Finally, disclosed are applications of the thiourea-containing dendrimers and the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymers in the preparation of antitumor and antimicrobial drugs. The thiourea-containing dendrimer and the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer have a significant growth inhibitive effect on solid tumors and low toxicity to normal tissues, and thus can be used for preparing drugs for treating malignant tumors. The thiourea-containing dendrimer and the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer also have a good antimicrobial effect on various bacterial strains and thus can be used for preparing antiviral or antibacterial drugs.
AGROCHEMICAL DELIVERY SYSTEM BASED ON ENZYME- OR pH- RESPONSIVE AMPHIPHILIC PEG-DENDRON HYBRIDS
The present invention relates to an amphiphilic hybrid delivery system in micellar form for delivery of agrochemicals, based on a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) polymer conjugated to a hydrophobic dendron, the dendron comprising at least one pH-dependent or enzymatically cleavable hydrophobic end group that is covalently attached to the dendron, wherein the micelle disassembles upon enzymatic or pH-dependent cleavage of the hydrophobic end group. The hydrophobic end group that is conjugated to the dendron may comprise an agrochemical, and/or the micelle may (non-covalently) encapsulate an agrochemical.
