SMOOTH MILLED POLYMERIC FOAM ARTICLE
Prepare an extruded polystyrene foam that is characterized by being a singular polymer foam that is free of halogenated blowing agents, having a milled primary surface, having a width of 750 millimeters or more, and further characterized by having a ρ(CST/CSP) value that is 50 kilograms per cubic meter or less and a milled primary surface.
Super absorbent polymer and method for preparing same
The present invention relates to a super absorbent polymer. The super absorbent polymer contains polymer particles formed of large pores in a certain amount or more, and thus can exhibit large surface area and excellent initial absorption capacity. Therefore, when the super absorbent polymer is used, it can provide a sanitary material such as a diaper or a sanitary napkin which can quickly absorb body fluids and impart a dry and soft touch feeling.
Method for producing polyethylene-based resin extruded foam sheet, polyethylene-based resin extruded foam sheet, and plate interleaf sheet using the same for glass sheets
Provided is a method for producing a polyethylene-based resin extruded foam sheet by extruding and foaming a foamable molten resin composition formed by kneading a mixture containing a low-density polyethylene, a physical blowing agent, and an antistatic agent, wherein the foam sheet has a thickness in a range of from 0.05 to 0.5 mm, and the antistatic agent is a polymeric antistatic agent having a melting point whose different from the melting point of the low-density polyethylene is in a range of from 10 to +10 C., and having a melt flow rate of 10 g/10 min or more. This method enables a novel polyethylene-based resin extruded foam sheet to be obtained that is of high quality such that formation of a small hole or a through-hole has been reduced or eliminated, and has both excellent strength and a shock-absorbing property despite a very small thickness even in medium- or long-term continuous production, and besides, exhibits a sufficient antistatic property, thus suitable as a glass plate interleaf sheet.
RUBBER COMPOSITE, APPLICATIONS IN FOAMED PRODUCT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention discloses a rubber composition, a processing method thereof, and a foamed rubber product produced by the rubber composition and a production method thereof. The rubber composition comprises a rubber matrix and essential components, wherein, based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber matrix, the rubber matrix comprises a branched polyethylene with a content represented as A, in which 0<A100 parts; and an EPM and an EPDM with a total content represented as B, in which 0B<100 parts, and the essential components comprises 0.5-10 parts of a crosslinking agent, and 1.5-25 parts of a foaming agent. The rubber composition is useful in the production of sponge seal strip, foamed rubber compound of high expansion ratio, shock absorbing foamed rubber sheet, light-colored high-strength foamed sheet, foam-solid composite seal strip, and solid cycle tires internally filled with foamed elastomer. The branched polyethylene replaces a part or all of the ethylene-propylene rubber in the foaming rubber composition, which can increase the melt strength, the foamability and particularly the pre-foamability of the rubber composition, and make the rubber product has a lower compression set.
FOAMING AGENT COMPOSITION FOR POLYURETHANE AND METHOD OF PREPARING POLYURETHANE FOAM USING SAME
Disclosed are a foaming agent composition for polyurethane including glycerol carbonate as a chemical foaming agent and a physical foaming agent or a chemical foaming agent in a predetermined ratio (physicochemical foaming agent), and polyurethane foam prepared using the same. The polyurethane foam has very low global warming potential and ozone depletion potential and simultaneously improved properties such as thermal conductivity, water absorption, flexural strength, and compressive strength that meet the standard for thermal insulation materials made of rigid urethane foam, and is effective at preventing internal shrinkage.
ORGANIC AMINE SALT COMPOUNDS HAVING CO2-DONATING ANIONS AND THEIR USE AS FOAMING AGENT
