A composition including at least one polyamide polymer obtained from at least one reactive polyamide prepolymer including at least one chain extender (PA.sub.1-All.sub.1-PA.sub.1), the polyamide polymer being prepared at a temperature T.sub.1 no lower than the temperature melting temperature or glass transition temperature of the polymer and having a mean molecular weight Mn.sub.1. The composition has a melt viscosity which can be modulated according to the temperature to which the composition is exposed, wherein the temperature is between T.sub.2 and T.sub.3, T.sub.2 and T.sub.3 being higher than T.sub.1, and the melt viscosity η.sub.2 or η′.sub.3 observed at the temperature T.sub.2 or T.sub.3, respectively, being lower than the melt viscosity η.sub.2 or η.sub.3 of the polyamide polymer, which does not include a chain extender and has the same mean molecular weight Mn.sub.1(PA.sub.1) observed at the same temperature T.sub.2 or T.sub.3. The composition includes one or more polyamides.

A liquid crystal polyester wherein a linear liquid crystal polymer chain including specific monomers (A) to (C), in which at least one of the monomer (B) and the monomer (C) contains a compound for forming a bent structural unit, and a content of the compound for forming a bent structural unit is 20 to 40% by mol relative to a total molar amount of the monomers (A) to (C), is bonded via a specific monomer (D), and a content proportion of the monomer (D) is 0.01 to 10 mol relative to 100 mol of the total molar amount of the monomers (A) to (C).
COPOLYMERS WITH HARD POLYAMIDE BLOCKS AND SOFT BLOCKS COMPRISING POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL
A method relating to a copolymer containing rigid polyamides blocks and flexible blocks including, relative to the total weight of the copolymer: from 55% to 90% by weight of flexible blocks, including at least 35% by weight from polyethylene glycol; from 10% to 45% by weight of rigid polyamide blocks, in which the mean carbon content of the repeating units of the polyamide blocks is greater than or equal to 7. A method also relating to a process for preparing such a copolymer, to a membrane including such a copolymer and to a process for preparing such a membrane.
Use of an alloy of thermoplastic starch and TPE in the manufacture of an adhesive ultrathin waterproof-breathable film
The present invention relates to the use of thermoplastic starch in the manufacture of an adhesive and ultrathin waterproof-breathable film, said thermoplastic starch being provided in the form of an alloy with hydrophilic TPE comprising at least 10% by weight, preferably at least 20% by weight, preferably at least 30% by weight, preferably at least 40% by weight, preferably at least 50% by weight, of polyethylene glycol (PEG), with regard to the weight of the TPE. This film can be used in a textile product in the medical field, hygiene, luggage, the clothing industry, the garment industry, domestic or household equipment, furniture, fitted carpets, the automobile industry, industry, in particular industrial filtration, agriculture and/or the construction industry.
Composite particulate build materials
The present disclosure is drawn to a composite particulate build material, including 92 wt % to 99.5 wt % polymeric particles having an average size from 10 μm to 150 μm and an average aspect ratio of less than 2:1. The composite particulate build material further includes from 0.5 wt % to 8 wt % reinforcing particles having an average size of 0.1 μm to 20 μm and an average aspect ratio of 3:1 to 100:1 applied to a surface of the polymeric particles.

Block copolymer foam
The invention relates to a noncrosslinked block copolymer foam, comprising at least one rigid block and at least one flexible block, in which the copolymer includes at least one carboxylic acid chain end blocked with a polycarbodiimide. The invention also relates to a process for manufacturing this foam and to articles manufactured therefrom.
