A biodegradable resin composition and a method for producing the biodegradable resin composition are disclosed. The biodegradable resin includes three components, polyethylene, a biodegradable resin, and at least one selected from polybutylene adipate terephthalate and maleic anhydride copolymer, thereby providing excellent compatibility and mechanical properties.

Provided is a method with which a biodegradable polyester film containing polyhydroxyalkanoate can be stably produced by film blowing under practical processing conditions. A method for producing a biodegradable polyester film containing a biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) and a fatty acid amide (B) by film blowing, the biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) containing polyhydroxyalkanoate, the method including: a step (I) of dry-blending the biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) with a masterbatch containing the fatty acid amide (B) and a base material resin; and a step (II) of subjecting the mixture obtained in the step (I) to film blowing.
ORIENTED FILM OF BINARY POLYMER COMPOSITION
The invention concerns a film based on a binary polymer composition having at least a first polymer and a second polymer. The film is oriented by extruding and stretching the film in at least the machine direction. The glass-transition temperature (Tg) of the first polymer is greater than the orientation temperature and the glass-transition temperature (Tg) of the second polymer is lower than the orientation temperature. Furthermore, a method and use related thereto are described.

RESIN COMPOSITION PRODUCTION METHOD AND RESIN COMPOSITION
The resin composition production method includes a step in which a cellulose fiber composition containing 5 to 45 parts by mass of water with respect to a total of 100 parts by mass of cellulose fibers (A) and an acrylic resin and/or a styrene acrylic resin (B) is kneaded with a thermoplastic resin (C), and water is removed until the water content after kneading falls to 1% or less. The resin composition production method is also characterized in that: 20 parts by mass or more and 200 parts by mass or less of the resin (B) is blended with respect to 100 parts by mass of the cellulose fibers (A), the dissolution amount of the resin (B) in 100 g of water at 25° C. is less than 1 g, and the glass transition temperature of the resin (B) is 40 to 150° C.
