EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION, CURED RESIN PRODUCT, PREPREG, AND FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
An epoxy resin composition comprises the following components [A] to [E]: [A] epoxy resin, [B] amine-type curing agent, [C] cure accelerator, and [D] red phosphorus. The epoxy resin composition contains, per 100 mass parts for the total amount of [A], 25-45 mass parts of [A1] a liquid bisphenolic epoxy resin and 20-40 mass parts of [A2] a phenol novolac-type epoxy resin, and has a content ratio of [E] to [D] ([E]/[D]) of at least 1. Provided are a light-weight fiber-reinforced composite material that exhibits an excellent flame retardancy and mechanical properties and does not produce halogen gas during combustion, and an epoxy resin composition that has a viscosity suitable for obtaining the fiber-reinforced composite material as well as prepregs.
AMINATED PHOSPHORENE-BASED FLAME-RETARDANT WATERBORNE POLYURETHANE COATING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
This application relates to flame-retardant coatings, and more particularly to an aminated phosphorene-based flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane coating and a preparation method thereof. The aminated phosphorene-based flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane coating is prepared from a diisocyanate-terminated prepolymer, a neutralizer and an aminated phosphorene, where the diisocyanate-terminated prepolymer is prepared from polymeric diol with water-dispersible groups, aliphatic diisocyanate and carboxylic acid type hydrophilic diol under the catalysis of a catalyst for synthesizing waterborne polyurethane.
POLYAMIDE COMPOSITE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a polyamide composite, including the following components: 20 to 80 parts of a polyamide resin; 1 to 30 parts of a red phosphorus flame retardant; 0.01 to 10 parts of trimethallyl isocyanurate; and the polyamide composite has a cross-linked structure between polyamide molecules. By adding trimethallyl isocyanurate (TMAIC) for irradiation cross-linking treatment, and by the red phosphorus flame retardant, not only the polyamide composite can meet the needs of flame retardant, but also glow-wire ignition temperature (GWIT) and comparative tracking index (CTI) have been improved.
