An inorganic nanomaterial for continuous formaldehyde removal includes the following components in part by mass: 20-30 parts of water, 0.1-0.3 parts of cellulose, 0.1-0.2 parts of a defoamer, 0.3-0.6 parts of a dispersant, 0.3-0.6 parts of a wetting agent, 20-25 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of kaolin, 10-15 parts of heavy calcium, 30-40 parts of modified inorganic hybrid resin, 0.1-1 part of a film-forming additive, and 0.1-1 part of propylene glycol. After inorganic hybrid modification, an ammonia group is introduced, which can continuously and effectively decompose formaldehyde in the environment. A coating film not only has good anti-mildew, anti-algae, fire prevention, and heat insulation functions, but also has a continuous formaldehyde removal function. The formaldehyde removal efficiency is greater than 95%. The durability of formaldehyde purification effect is 90%.

An ultra-light graphene-rubber foam particle for soles is prepared from, by weight, 60-65 parts of natural rubber, 8-12 parts of isoprene rubber, 8-12 parts of butadiene rubber, 6-8 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 0.8-1.0 parts of modified graphene, 0.08-0.12 parts of poly(N-vinylacetamide), 0.8-1.0 parts of silicone oil, 3.0-3.5 parts of inorganic nano-particles, 1.2-1.5 parts of activated zinc oxide, 0.8-1.0 parts of zinc stearate, 1.0-1.2 parts of stearic acid, 0.8-1.0 parts of cross-linking agents, 2.0-3.0 parts of flow promotors, and 1.5-1.8 parts of foaming agents. According to the invention, the modified graphene is uniformly dispersed into the rubber materials, so that the ultra-light graphene-rubber foam particle has good thermal stability, wear resistance and tensile strength, the permanent compressive-deformation performance and thermal contraction resistance are improved, and the weight is reduced by over 50%.

The present invention relates to an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) resin composition, an EVOH film formed therefrom, and a multilayer structure containing the same. The surface roughness of the EVOH resin composition is the peak material volume (Vmp) between 0.0008 and 10 μm.sup.3/μm.sup.2. The EVOH of the invention can reduce the torque output during processing, and can obtain the EVOH film with excellent appearance.
