The present invention provides agents having efficacy against viruses, allergens, bacteria and odorants, materials including such agents, and methods for producing the agents. An agent according to an embodiment of the present invention includes titanium dioxide particles having low photocatalytic activity, and metal ions of at least one metal selected from gold, silver, platinum and copper that are adsorbed to the surface of the titanium dioxide particles. The agent may further include hydroxyapatite particles, and the metal ions may be adsorbed also to the surface of the hydroxyapatite. The metal ions may be at least partially present in the form of at least one of an oxide of the metal, a hydroxide of the metal, and the elemental metal.

A thermoplastic composition comprising: a homopolycarbonate; a poly(carbonate siloxane) component present in an amount effective to provide 0.5-20 wt % total siloxane content; an antimicrobial agent comprising silver zirconium phosphate, silver phosphate glass, or a combination thereof; optionally, an additive composition; each based on the total weight of the composition which totals to 100 wt %.
ACRYLIC CONDUCTIVE PASTE FOR SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND METHODS
An acrylic conductive paste is provided, based on 100 parts by weight, including: 30-84 parts of conductive particles, 15˜45 parts of acrylate, 0.5˜2.5 parts of adhesion promoter, 0.5˜3 parts of initiator. The conductive particles include three-dimensional dendritic conductive particles; and the adhesion promoter is a mixture of a silane coupling agent and a phosphate ester. The conductive paste of the present disclosure has good electrical conductivity, short curing time, strong adhesion, and can be used for a long-time room temperature operation. The present disclosure also provides a method for preparing the above-mentioned acrylic conductive paste, which is convenient for operation and industrial application; at the same time, it shows that the acrylic conductive paste of the present disclosure can be applied to semiconductor components for packaging a semiconductor device.

A problem is to provide a sheet having a pre-sintering layer, the thickness of which following sintering is such as to be capable of relieving stresses. Solution means relate to a sheet comprising a pre-sintering layer. Viscosity at 90° C. of the pre-sintering layer is not less than 0.27 MPa.Math.s. Thickness of the pre-sintering layer is 30 μm to 200 μm.

An ink composition and a display apparatus including a layer and that is formed using the ink composition. The ink composition includes a scatterer, a monomer, and a dispersant. The layer formed using the ink composition has a refractive index of about 1.1 to about 1.5. A lateral luminance of the display apparatus is improved as a result thereof.

A heat regenerating material particle according to an embodiment includes a plurality of heat regenerating substance particles having a maximum volume specific heat value of 0.3 J/cm.sup.3.Math.K or more at a temperature of 20 K or lower, and a binder bonding the heat regenerating substance particles, the binder containing water insoluble resin. The heat regenerating material particle has a particle diameter of 500 μm or less.
Sinter-bonding composition, sinter-bonding sheet and dicing tape with sinter-bonding sheet
The sinter-bonding composition contains sinterable particles containing an electroconductive metal. The average particle diameter of the sinterable particles is 2 μm or less and the proportion of the particles having a particle diameter of 100 nm or less in the sinterable particles is not less than 80% by mass. The sinter-bonding sheet (10) has an adhesive layer made from such a sinter-bonding composition. The dicing tape with a sinter-bonding sheet (X) has such a sinter-bonding sheet (10) and a dicing tape (20). The dicing tape (20) has a lamination structure containing a base material (21) and an adhesive layer (22), and the sinter-bonding sheet (10) is positioned on the adhesive layer (22) of the dicing tape (20).

The present invention relates to methods and articles for wound healing involving the use of a material having antimicrobial properties, said material comprising a synergistic combination of at least two metal oxide powders, comprising a mixed oxidation state oxide of a first metal and a single oxidation state oxide of a second metal, wherein the mixed oxidation state oxide constitutes from about 0.05% to about 15% wt. of the total weight of the synergistic combination of the at least two metal oxide powders and wherein the ions of the metal powders are in ionic contact upon exposure of said material to moisture.
