Low-water-vapor-permeability polyolefin-elastomer film and method for preparing the same

The present disclosure discloses a low-water-vapor-permeability polyolefin-elastomer film and its preparation method. The film comprises: 50-100 mass parts of a matrix resin, 0-40 mass parts of a modified resin, 0.001-2 mass parts of an activator, 0.1-3 mass parts of an organic peroxide, 0.02-5 mass parts of an assistant cross-linker, 0.02-2 mass parts of a silane coupling agent, 0.005-2 mass parts of a light stabilizer, and 0-20 mass parts of a water blocking filler. In the present disclosure, by adding the modified resin and the activator that have an active group, a cross-linking degree and a cross-linking density of the film are improved, and a water-vapor permeability is reduced; by adding the water blocking filler, the water blocking property of the film is further improved, thereby ensuring reliability of the assembly, and prolonging service life of the assembly.

When the first component is a first polymer obtained from polycondensation of an aromatic diacid compound and an aliphatic glycol compound, the polymeric component is a polyester. When the first component is a second polymer obtained from polycondensation of a lactam compound, a diamine compound and a dicarboxylic acid compound, the polymeric component is a polyamide.

A conductive polymeric composition includes, based on a total weight of the conductive polymeric composition, 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of carbon nanotubes, 0.2 wt % to 4 wt % of a first component, 0.1 wt % to 4 wt % of a second component made by esterification of a C.sub.16-C.sub.30 fatty acid with a polyol compound, and the balance being a polymeric component. RUBBER COMPOSITION AND TIRE

Provided is a rubber composition being excellent in cut resistance while maintaining good elongation fatigue resistance. The rubber composition of the present disclosure contains a rubber component containing 70% by mass or more of natural rubber, a filler containing at least silica, and a cyclic polyol compound having a hydrocarbyl group of 0.1 parts by mass to 2 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the natural rubber in the rubber component.

RUBBER COMPOSITION AND TIRE

Provided is a rubber composition being excellent in cut resistance while maintaining good elongation fatigue resistance. The rubber composition of the present disclosure contains a rubber component containing 70% by mass or more of natural rubber, a filler containing at least silica, and a cyclic polyol compound having a hydrocarbyl group of 0.1 parts by mass to 2 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the natural rubber in the rubber component.

PATTERN-FORMING COMPOSITION
