THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE ADDITION CURING SILICONE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
This thermally conductive addition curing silicone composition contains: a heated mixture of an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule, an organohydrogen polysiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule, and aluminum oxide particles having an Na.sup.+ ion level of 50 ppm or less when an aluminum oxide powder is heat extracted by pure water for 24 hours at 60° C. and the resultant water layer is measured by ion chromatography, the aluminum oxide particles having been surface-treated by the organohydrogen polysiloxane; an organohydrogen polysiloxane having two or more hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule; and a platinum group metal catalyst. Said composition can be applied to the inside of a module including electrical/electronic components and a circuit board on which these compounded are mounted, and can exhibit exceptional post-curing stress relaxation properties and thermal conductivity.
RESIN COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a curable resin composition, etc., having excellent in applicability and workability. Specifically, the present invention relates to a resin composition, etc., including: one or more base polymers selected from the group consisting of (A) a polymer having two or more alkenyl groups and (B) a polyorganosiloxane having a hydroxyl group bound to a silicon atom; (C) a silica powder surface-treated with an alkyl silane; and (D) a compound including one or more elements selected from the group consisting of boron, phosphorus, sulfur, and nitrogen.
Multi-vinyl cyclic siloxane enhanced ethylene/α-olefin/diene interpolymer based compositions
A composition comprising the following components: A) an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene interpolymer; B) a peroxide; C) at least one multi-vinyl cyclic siloxane selected from Structure 1 below: Structure 1, wherein n is an integer greater than, or equal to, 1; and each R1 is independently selected from the following: a (C.sub.2-C.sub.4) alkenyl, or a H.sub.2C═C(R.sup.1a)—C(═O)—O—(CH.sub.2).sub.m—, and wherein R.sup.1a is H or methyl, and m is an integer from 1 to 4; and each R2 is independently selected from the following: H, a (C.sub.1-C.sub.4) alkyl, a (C.sub.2-C.sub.4) alkenyl, a phenyl, or a H.sub.2C═C(R.sup.1b)—C(═O)—O—(CH.sub.2).sub.m—, wherein R.sup.1b is H or methyl, and m is an integer from 1 to 4. ##STR00001##
Functional initiator for anionic polymerization
An ethylenically unsaturated polymer includes at a terminus the radical of an allylic compound that includes a functional group free of active hydrogen atoms that is bonded to the allylic C atom through a S, P, Si or Sn atom and a vinyl aromatic compound. The polymer can be used as a component of a variety of elastomeric compounds used in the production of vulcanizates.
Photo-crosslinked rubber composition, and rubber product using the same
The present invention discloses a photo-crosslinked rubber composition and application thereof. The rubber composition comprises a rubber matrix and an initiator. Based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber matrix, the rubber matrix comprises a branched polyethylene with a content represented as A, in which 0<A≤100, and an ethylene-propylene rubber with a content represented as B, in which 0≤B<100; and the initiator accounts for 0.1-10 parts, and the initiator includes at least one of a cationic photoinitiator and a free radical photoinitiator. In the rubber composition, the ethylene-propylene rubber is partially or completely replaced by the branched polyethylene. The rubber composition can be used for rubber product crosslinked by ultraviolet light, including wire, cable, film, glove, condom, and medical catheter, which achieves excellent elasticity, electrical insulation property, aging resistance and ozone resistance, and also has good mechanical strength.
Polyolefin compositions for photovoltaic encapsulant films
This disclosed is an encapsulant film made from a curable composition comprising: (A) a polyolefin polymer; (B) an organic peroxide; (C) a silane coupling agent; and (D) a co-agent comprising a silane compound of formula (I). This further disclosed is a process for preparing said encapsulant film.
VULCANIZING AGENT AND USE THEREOF
A vulcanizing agent is added during the processing of a polymer, and can form a crosslinking structure network in the polymer, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the material. Furthermore, the crosslinking agent can also de-crosslink the polymer material at a high temperature, and after being cooled, same can be crosslinked again to produce a network structure, thus endowing the polymer material with thermoplasticity for repeated processing.

An object of the present invention is to provide a crystalline radically polymerizable composition for fixing a magnet of a rotating electric machine rotor core, which is excellent in handleability around room temperature, excellent in fluidity from the injection step to the curing step, and excellent in strength of the cured product.
A crystalline radical polymerizable composition for fixing a magnet of a rotating electric machine rotor core of the present invention is characterized by fixing the magnet inserted in a magnet accommodating portion provided in a rotor core of a rotating electric machine formed of a laminated steel sheet and the laminated steel sheet, wherein the crystalline radical polymerizable composition contains at least a crystalline radical polymerizable compound A, an inorganic filler B, a silane coupling agent C, and a radical polymerization initiator D, wherein the crystalline radical polymerizable compound A is solid at 23° C. and has the property capable of imparting fluidity by heating, wherein the inorganic filler B is contained in an amount of 50 to 90% by mass based on the total amount of the crystalline radical polymerizable composition, and the melt viscosity of the crystalline radical polymerization measured by an enhanced flow tester is 500 Pa.Math.s or more at 90° C. and a shear velocity of 1/s.
Photoactivatable system for inhibiting hydrosilylation
The present invention relates to a hardenable silicone composition including an irradiation-activated system for temporarily inhibiting the hydrosilylation reaction. Said system includes at least one inhibitor selected from among α-acetylenic alcohols, α-α′-acetylenic diesters, conjugated ene-yne compounds, α-acetylenic ketones, acrylonitriles, maleates, fumarates, the mixture thereof, at least one photoinitiator, and tris(trimethylsilyl)silane (TTMSS). The invention also relates to a method for preparing a silicone coating and hard elastomer materials provided comprising said silicone composition.
