The present invention relates to a surface treatment composition comprising, on the basis of 100 wt % of the solid part of the composition, 20-40 wt % of a water-soluble polyurethane resin, 40-60 wt % of a silane-based sol-gel resin in which three types of silane compounds are cross-linked, 5-15 wt % of a curing agent, 0.5-1.5 wt % of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-1.0 wt % of a molybdenum-based compound, 1.0-3.0 wt % of a silane coupling agent; 1.0-2.0 wt % of an organometallic complex, 1.0-2.0 wt % of an acid scavenger, 0.1-1.0 wt % of an aluminum-based compound, and 1.0-2.0 wt % of a lubricant. A ternary hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet treated with a chromium-free surface treatment coating agent, according to an exemplary embodiment in the present invention, has excellent resistance to blackening, alkali and corrosion, and provides excellent effects without concern for problems, in chromium treatment, of additional equipment installation, an increase in manufacturing costs and environmental pollution.

POLYOLEFIN COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR MAKING THE SAME
A polyolefin composition is shown and described herein. The polyolefin composition is a composition comprising a polyolefin resin and a filler where the filler is treated with an acrylic functional silane. Employing a filler treated with an acrylic functional silane may allow for eliminating some common polyolefins reinforcing additives such as modified or grafted polyolefins. The composition can be employed to make a molded article.
Footwear and rubber sole containing zinc rosinate
The invention relates to a footwear with a rubber sole where such sole is comprised of a rubber composition which contains zinc rosinate. The zinc rosin is provided to include zinc rosinate as a product formed in situ within the rubber composition of zinc oxide and freely added rosin acid. The footwear rubber sole is intended for ground engagement. In one embodiment, the rubber composition for the rubber sole further contains triglyceride vegetable oil. In one embodiment, the rubber composition for the rubber sole additionally contains a traction promoting resin.
PHOSPHORUS-CONTAINING SILANE COMPOUND, METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME, RESIN COMPOSITION AND ARTICLE MADE THEREFROM
A phosphorus-containing silane compound has a structure of SiR.sub.1(R.sub.2).sub.n(R.sub.3).sub.3-n, wherein R.sub.1 is a phenyl group, R.sub.2 is a vinyl group, R.sub.3 each independently is a structure of Formula (I) or Formula (II), and n is 1 or 2. Moreover, a method of making the phosphorus-containing silane compound, a resin composition including the phosphorus-containing silane compound and a resin additive and an article made from the resin composition are described. The article includes a prepreg, a resin film, a laminate or a printed circuit board, wherein one or more properties including Z-axis ratio of thermal expansion, copper foil peeling strength, inner resin flow, branch-like pattern, dielectric constant, dissipation factor and flame retardancy may be improved.

TONNEAU SYSTEM FOR USE WITH A PICKUP TRUCK
A tonneau system for use with a pickup truck. The tonneau system includes a frame and a tonneau cover having a plurality of tonneau sections moveable between a folded position and an unfolded position. The tonneau cover includes solar energy-receiving material secured to a top exposed surface of at least two of the tonneau sections. The solar energy-receiving material moves with their corresponding tonneau sections between the unfolded and folded positions. A battery, transformer, and/or electrical cabling system may be included within the circuit for power storage and conversion.
