NON-PAINTED THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION COMPRISING VISCOSE RAYON AND CAPABLE OF EMBODYING MARBLE PATTERN AND MOLDED ARTICLE THEREOF
A non-painted thermoplastic resin composition including viscose rayon so as to embody a marble pattern and a method for making it are disclosed. The viscose rayon is included in the thermoplastic resin composition to minimize the deterioration of physical properties while minimizing weld lines and flow marks during an extrusion process, and a luxurious outer appearance of a marble pattern is embodied without additional post-processing or painting process. The non-painted thermoplastic resin composition includes 80-90 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin composition, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a carbon fiber, and 0.1-3 parts by weight of viscose rayon based on 100 parts by weight of the entire resin composition. The viscose rayon provides an effect of minimizing weld lines and flow marks during injection, improving physical properties, and providing the luxurious appearance of the marble pattern.

A non-painted thermoplastic resin composition including viscose rayon so as to embody a marble pattern and a method for making it are disclosed. The viscose rayon is included in the thermoplastic resin composition to minimize the deterioration of physical properties while minimizing weld lines and flow marks during an extrusion process, and a luxurious outer appearance of a marble pattern is embodied without additional post-processing or painting process. The non-painted thermoplastic resin composition includes 80-90 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin composition, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a carbon fiber, and 0.1-3 parts by weight of viscose rayon based on 100 parts by weight of the entire resin composition. The viscose rayon provides an effect of minimizing weld lines and flow marks during injection, improving physical properties, and providing the luxurious appearance of the marble pattern.
EXTRACTION METHOD
The present invention provides a method for extracting a solid purified product from an alkaline polysaccharide-containing precursor material, comprising the steps of: (a) neutralising the alkaline polysaccharide-containing precursor material with an acid and obtaining a neutralised solid polysaccharide-containing material; (b) mixing the neutralised solid polysaccharide-containing material with bleach to create a mixture; and (c) separating a solid purified product from the mixture.
EXTRACTION METHOD
The present invention provides a method for extracting a solid purified product from an alkaline polysaccharide-containing precursor material, comprising the steps of: (a) neutralising the alkaline polysaccharide-containing precursor material with an acid and obtaining a neutralised solid polysaccharide-containing material; (b) mixing the neutralised solid polysaccharide-containing material with bleach to create a mixture; and (c) separating a solid purified product from the mixture.
Fiber-reinforced resin composition
A fiber-reinforced resin composition contains a resin-adhered long fiber bundle including composition (A), a thermoplastic resin, and component (B), a rayon fiber, wherein the rayon fiber of component (B) satisfies the following requirements (b1), (b2) and (b3), and the resin-adhered long fiber bundle is obtained by adhering and integrating the thermoplastic resin of component (A) in a molten state to and with a strand of longitudinally-arranged rayon fibers of component (B), and cutting the strand into a length of 3 to 30 mm, (b1) a fiber diameter of 5 to 30 μm; (b2) a tensile elongation of 10% or more; and (b3) a flat shape with a ratio between a major axis length and a minor axis length (major axis length/minor axis length) in a width-directional cross-section of 1.1 or more.

The present invention relates to a method of obtaining a solid material based on a polymer having its cellobiose units exhibiting the following characteristics: at least some of the cellobiose units have at least one carboxylic acid function attached to the C.sub.6 carbon, the other C.sub.6 carbons having a primary alcohol function attached thereto; and at least some of the cellobiose units have at least one of the two rings open between the C.sub.2 and C.sub.3 carbons, the other C.sub.2 and C.sub.3 carbons forming a ring and having an alcohol function attached thereto. Such a material, advantageously a textile, may be used as a compress.
