A low-dielectric rubber resin material and a low-dielectric metal substrate are provided. The rubber resin material includes a low-dielectric rubber resin composition and inorganic fillers. The low-dielectric rubber resin composition includes: 5 wt % to 40 wt % of a liquid rubber, 20 wt % to 70 wt % of a polyphenylene ether resin, 5 wt % to 30 wt % of a bismaleimide resin, and 20 wt % to 45 wt % of a crosslinker. A molecular weight of the liquid rubber ranges from 800 g/mol to 6000 g/mol. An iodine value of the liquid rubber ranges from 30 g/100 g to 60 g/100 g.

The invention relates to a pellet comprising a thermoplastic polymer sheath intimately surrounding glass filaments, which glass filaments are covered at least in part with an impregnating agent and extend in a longitudinal direction of said pellets, wherein the thermoplastic polymer sheath is prepared from a thermoplastic polymer composition comprising A) a heterophasic propylene copolymer consisting of a propylene-based matrix and a dispersed ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, wherein the heterophasic propylene copolymer has a melt flow rate of at least 40 g/10 min as determined in accordance with ISO 1133 (230° C., 2.16 kg) and a FOG value of at most 350 μg/g as determined by VDA 278, wherein the glass filaments are present in an amount of 10-70 wt % based on the pellet.

RESIN COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

Provided is a halogen-free resin composition including a polyolefin resin, containing a phosphorus compound in an amount of 0.05 to 2.5 mass % as a phosphorus content; a NOR-type hindered amine in an amount of 0.05 to 5 mass %; and an inorganic filler in an amount of 3 to 50 mass %, respectively, with respect to the total amount of the resin composition, wherein a DTA (Differential Thermal Analysis) curve obtained by differential thermal analysis of the inorganic filler has an endothermic portion in a temperature range of 180 to 500° C.; and in the inorganic filler, a ratio value of a number of particles having a maximum diameter of 300 μm or more to a number of particles having a maximum diameter of 100 μm or more is ⅕ or less, or there are no particles having a maximum diameter of 100 μm or more.

RUBBERY BLEND CONTAINING TRANS ISOPRENE-BUTADIENE COPOLYMER

The subject invention is directed towards tire components which are comprised of rubber compositions which are comprised of (1) about 2 phr to about 45 phr of a trans-1,4-isoprene-butadiene copolymer which has about 4 weight percent to about 16 weight percent butadiene repeat units and from about 84 weight percent to about 96 weight percent isoprene repeat units, wherein the trans-1,4-isoprene-butadiene copolymer has a Mooney ML 1+4 viscosity which is within the range of about 35 to about 80; and (2) about 55 phr to about 98 phr of at least one other elastomer, preferably a diene based elastomer. The most preferred tire components are those which contain cord reinforcements and require adequate green strength to enhance the tire building and shaping process to maintain cord integrity in the final cured tire.

RUBBER OR ELASTOMER COMPOSITIONS AND PROCESSES FOR THEIR MANUFACTURING

The present invention is concerned with the field of polymer chemistry and relates to rubber or elastomer compositions as can be used for vehicle tires, and to a method for the production of the rubber or elastomer compositions.

The object of the invention is that in particular the elastic modulus of the compositions can be adapted depending on the temperature and/or the application conditions, and is a cost-effective and easily implemented method for the production of the compositions.

The object is attained by rubber or elastomer compositions that contain at least one rubber or elastomer matrix and at least 20 to 150 phr of a phase change material in solid or liquid form. In the methods according to the invention, at least one rubber and at least 20 to 150 phr of a phase change material in solid or liquid form are used, the composition is mixed or the at least one rubber is at least brought into contact with the phase change material, and further processing steps can be performed and a vulcanization can be performed.
