The suction fixing sheet includes a porous sheet having air permeability in its thickness direction; and a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet provided with a substrate, having air permeability in its thickness direction, and disposed on one surface of the porous sheet, or a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive layer unprovided with a substrate, formed of a crosslinked pressure-sensitive adhesive, having air permeability in its thickness direction, and disposed on one surface of the porous sheet. The ratio of the thickness of the porous sheet to the thickness of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 8.0 or more.
