DISSYMMETRIC AZOMETHINE DIRECT DYES AND PROCESS FOR THEIR PREPARATION, COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE SUCH DYE AND USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to dissymmetric azomethine direct dyes of formula (I) and the leuco forms thereof of formula (II), and also to the use thereof for dyeing keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair:

in which formula (I) or (II) R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, R.sub.6, n and n are as defined in the description.
The compounds of formula (I) or (II) according to the invention can give powerful, chromatic and sparingly selective colourings with good colour build-up, which are resistant to the various attacking factors to which keratin fibres may be subjected, such as inclement weather, light, washing and perspiration.

A method for forming a patterned cured film using a negative photosensitive composition. The composition includes a photopolymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator including an oxime ester compound of a specific structure having a 9,9-disubstituted fluorenyl group which is used for formation of a thick film resist pattern. The composition is mixed with an alkali-soluble resin which is a polymer of a monomer having an unsaturated double bond and includes a unit derived from a monomer having an aromatic group.

The photosensitive resin composition includes a polymer component including at least one of categories (1) or (2), a photoacid generator, a solvent, and titanium black, wherein (1) includes (a1) a constitutional unit containing a group in which an acid group is protected by an acid-decomposable group, and (a2) a constitutional unit containing a crosslinkable group, and (2) includes (a1) a constitutional unit containing a group in which an acid group is protected by an acid-decomposable group, and (a2) a constitutional unit containing a crosslinkable group.
