HEAT-RESISTANT COATING COMPOSITION
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a heat-resistant coating composition includes: an inorganic filler which is iron (Fe)-based amorphous alloy powder having an amorphous phase and an average particle diameter of 0.5 μm to 15 μm; and a binder, where the coefficient of thermal expansion of the inorganic filler is lower than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the binder.
COATING FILM AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME
A coating film and a method for forming the same are provided. The coating film controls reduction in repellency of hydrophobic fine particles and increases rub fastness of the coating film. The coating film includes a ground layer containing thermoplastic resin (chlorinated polyolefin or acid modified chlorinated polyolefin, for example) and an upper layer containing hydrophobic fine particles (hydrophobic silica particle or silicone resin particle, for example) formed on the ground layer. Parts of the hydrophobic fine particles contained in the upper layer are buried in the ground layer.
Chlorinated polyolefin resin composition
An object is to provide a chlorinated polyolefin resin composition being superior in adhesion, solution stability, and chipping resistance. The chlorinated polyolefin resin composition contains a component (A): a polyolefin resin A having a melting point (Tm.sub.A) obtained with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) in the range of 90 to 160° C., and a component (B): a polyolefin resin B having a melting point (Tm.sub.B) obtained with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) in the range of 50 to 130° C., at least any one of the component (A) and the component (B), or a copolymer thereof being a chlorinated polyolefin resin (where |Tm.sub.A−Tm.sub.B|≥5° C.).
Chlorinated polyolefin resin composition
An object is to provide a chlorinated polyolefin resin composition being superior in adhesion, solution stability, and chipping resistance. To provide a water/oil repellent article which presents little burden on the environment, while being excellent in water/oil repellency, washing durability of the water repellency and friction durability of the water repellency; a method for producing such a water/oil repellent article; and a water/oil repellent composition and a water/oil repellent kit to be used for producing such a water/oil repellent article. A water/oil repellent article that comprises a substrate and, as adhered to the surface of the substrate, a fluorinated polymer having structural units based on monomer (a) having a C.sub.1-6 perfluoroalkyl group, and a specific fluorinated ether compound; a method for producing the water/oil repellent article, which comprises letting the fluorinated polymer and fluorinated ether compound be adhered to the substrate; a water/oil repellent composition which comprises the fluorinated polymer and fluorinated ether compound; and a water/oil repellent kit which comprises a first container accommodating a first liquid containing the fluorinated polymer and a second container accommodating a second liquid containing the fluorinated ether compound.

LAYERED BODY, MOLDED ARTICLE, PRINTED-WIRING BOARD AND ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELD
A laminate that includes a substrate made of a polyolefin-based resin and is excellent in adhesion between the substrate and a metal plating layer is provided in a simple manner without roughening the surface of the substrate. In addition, a molded article, a printed wring board, and an electromagnetic wave shield using the laminate using the same are provided. Used is a laminate configured such that on a substrate (A) made of a polyolefin-based resin (a), a primer layer (B) containing a polyolefin-based resin (b) that is organic solvent soluble or water dispersible, a metal particle layer (C), and a metal plating layer (D) are sequentially laminated.

Primerless paint composition, methods of manufacture thereof and articles comprising the same
Disclosed herein is a primerless paint composition comprising a carboxylated chlorinated polyolefin elastomer; one or more of a polyacrylic binder, a polyvinylchloride binder and a vinyl aromatic block copolymer binder; a pigment; and a liquid carrier. Disclosed herein too is a method comprising blending a primerless paint composition comprising a carboxylated chlorinated polyolefin elastomer; one or more of a polyacrylic binder, polyvinylchloride binder and a vinyl aromatic block copolymer binder; a pigment; and a liquid carrier; and disposing the primerless paint composition on a polyolefin elastomer substrate that does not have a primer disposed on it prior to the disposing of the primerless paint composition.
