A chemical composition comprising a mixture of a non-curing organic polymer base with a viscosity between 300 and 10,000 centipoises at 20 degrees C.° and a molecular weight of between 1,000 and 100,000. Into the base is mixed at least one of: metal particles (coated or uncoated), inert particles and non-metal corrosion inhibitors such that reaches a viscosity of between 9,000 and 10,000,000 centipoises. The result is a paste that is useful in applying to metal aircraft parts to help prevent corrosion, including galvanic corrosion.
METHOD OF PREPARING ALUMINUM-CONTAINING ALLOY POWDER AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a method of preparing an aluminum-containing alloy powder and an application thereof. The preparation method includes: by using the characteristic that a solidification structure of an initial alloy includes a matrix phase and a dispersed particle phase, the matrix phase is removed by reaction with an acid solution, so as to separate out the dispersed particle phase and obtain an aluminum-containing alloy powder. The preparation method is simple in process and can prepare different morphologies of aluminum-containing alloy powders of nano-level, sub-micron-level, micron-level and millimeter-level, which can be applied to the fields such as photo-electronic devices, wave absorbing materials, catalysts, 3D metal printing, metal injection molding and corrosion-resistant coating.

The present invention relates to a surface treatment composition comprising, on the basis of 100 wt % of the solid part of the composition, 20-40 wt % of a water-soluble polyurethane resin, 40-60 wt % of a silane-based sol-gel resin in which three types of silane compounds are cross-linked, 5-15 wt % of a curing agent, 0.5-1.5 wt % of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-1.0 wt % of a molybdenum-based compound, 1.0-3.0 wt % of a silane coupling agent; 1.0-2.0 wt % of an organometallic complex, 1.0-2.0 wt % of an acid scavenger, 0.1-1.0 wt % of an aluminum-based compound, and 1.0-2.0 wt % of a lubricant. A ternary hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet treated with a chromium-free surface treatment coating agent, according to an exemplary embodiment in the present invention, has excellent resistance to blackening, alkali and corrosion, and provides excellent effects without concern for problems, in chromium treatment, of additional equipment installation, an increase in manufacturing costs and environmental pollution.
