The disclosure generally relates to networking infrastructure and, more particularly, to installing transient infrastructure for ubiquitous networking applications. A wireless gateway device is sent to physical premises with a parcel. After the wireless gateway device is delivered to the physical premises, a processor of the wireless gateway device draws power from the energy source to perform operations comprising executing program code stored in non-transitory processor-readable medium to establish a wireless communications connection with a network service through a first type of wireless communications interface. The wireless gateway device performs operations comprising establishing wireless communications with one or more wireless peripheral devices in the physical premises through the second type of wireless communications interface.

There are provided rolls comprising an air and water barrier article having opposing first and second major surfaces, a pressure sensitive adhesive disposed on at least the first major surface of the article, and a liner having a first major surface that contacts the opposing second major surface of the article, and at least two adhesion modifying zones disposed between the second major surface of the article and the first major surface of the liner, wherein both of a first and second adhesion modifying zones contact the first major surface of the liner, and wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive contacts a second major surface of the liner when wound in the roll. There are also provided films made using these air and water barrier articles and building envelopes made using such films.

Provided are double-coated tapes that include, in the following order: a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a first plastic skin layer; an elastic base layer; a second plastic skin layer; and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The provided double-coated adhesive tapes can provide a combination of high bond strength, reworkability, and high impact and shock resistance, and can be easily converted using a die cutting process.

Provided is a polarizing film laminate that is reworkable and excellent in bonding property over a long period of time. The polarizing film laminate includes: a polarizing plate including a polarizer; a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a supporting substrate; and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which are laminated in the stated order, wherein the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer surface of the polarizing film laminate has a pressure-sensitive adhesive strength to glass of 1.0 N/25 mm or more at a peel angle of 90° and a peel rate of 300 mm/min.

A bonding sheet includes a copper foil and sinterable bonding films formed on both faces of the copper foil. The bonding films each contain copper particles and a solid reducing agent. The bonding sheet is used to bond to a target object to be bonded having at least one metal selected from gold, silver, copper, and nickel on a surface thereof. A bonded structure includes: a bonded object having at least one metal selected from gold, silver, copper, and nickel on a surface thereof; a copper foil; and a bonding layer including a sintered structure of copper particles; and the bonded object and the copper foil are electrically connected to each other via the bonding layer.

A multilayer adhesive sheet, an optical member including the same, and a display apparatus including the same are provided. A multilayer adhesive sheet includes: a base layer; a first adhesive layer stacked on a surface of the base layer; and a second adhesive layer stacked on another surface of the base layer, and the base layer includes a polyurethane-based film manufactured by solution casting and has a storage modulus of 700 MPa to 1,500 MPa at −20° C. and a storage modulus of 10 MPa to 100 MPa at 85° C.

A low-cost, multi-function adhesive wireless communications and transducer platform with a form factor that unobtrusively integrates one or more transducers and one or more wireless communication devices in an adhesive product system. An adhesive sheet for temporary fixation which may have excellent heat resistance to exhibit a sufficient adhesive force even though it undergoes a high temperature process during a process of manufacturing a semiconductor device and may also exhibit a sufficient reduction of the adhesive force by photocuring during the step of peeling off, and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device using the same, are provided.

A web of labels includes a face stock and a release liner. A top side adhesive layer extends on a top surface of the face stock and a top side release liner extends over the top side adhesive layer. The top side release liner includes at least one aperture exposing a corresponding portion of the top side adhesive layer. The face stock has a second adhesive layer on a bottom surface of the face stock. The release liner has a second release layer on a top surface thereof to protect the second adhesive layer, and a third release layer on a bottom surface of the release liner. The face stock is separated into a succession of labels carried on the release liner such that each label includes a portion of the top side release liner having at least one aperture.

The invention relates to a double-side printable label suitable for machine readable labelling of food containers and a method for manufacturing such label, wherein the label is arranged to comprise a base paper made of chemical pulp that separates the face and reverse sides, the face side comprising a layer of temperature sensitive coating which free of bisphenol A and suitable for direct thermal printing, the reverse side comprising a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive, which is suitable for flexographic printing with ultraviolet curable inks, and wherein the machine readability of the label is improved by means of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer thickness having effect on the static sensitivity of the temperature sensitive coating of the label.
