Sealing tape roll
A sealing tape roll comprises a sealing tape of flexible, compressible foam with at least one interior barrier layer. The sealing tape is wound up into the sealing tape roll in such a way that a top surface of one turn rests against a bottom surface of an adjacent turn of the sealing tape roll, and side surfaces of the sealing tape form end surfaces of the sealing tape roll. The sealing tape comprises a plurality of foam plies, which are arranged one above the other in a thickness direction between the bottom and top surfaces of the sealing tape. A barrier layer is between each pair of adjacent foam plies. The at least one barrier layer extends over at least 50% of the width of the sealing tape roll between the opposite end surfaces of the sealing tape roll and in a longitudinal direction of the sealing tape.
WATER STOPPING TAPE
Provided is a water stopping tape having excellent workability.
The water stopping tape includes a substrate layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is located on the substrate layer, and a swelling layer that is located on the substrate layer together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and has at least one kind of deformation assisting structure selected from the group consisting of a groove and a cut.
Nanoparticle filled barrier adhesive compositions
Provided is a barrier adhesive composition comprises polyisobutylene resin, organically modified nanoclay (e.g. montmorillonite or bentonite) and sorbent nanoparticles (e.g. CaO which acts as a desiccant and/or getter). In a preferred embodiment, the barrier adhesive composition is disposed on a gas-barrier film to form an adhesive barrier film. The adhesive barrier film can then be used for protection from oxygen and moisture in OLED displays and solid state lightings, solar cells, electrophoretic and electrochromic displays thin film batteries, quantum dot devices, sensors (e.g. touch sensor) and other organic electronic devices. The adhesive barrier film is especially well-suited for applications that require oxygen and moisture protection as well flexibility and good optical transmittance.

ADHESIVE FILM
An adhesive film can include a barrier layer and an adhesive layer. In an embodiment, the barrier layer can have a melting temperature of at least 230 C. and the adhesive layer having a melting temperature of no greater than 200 C. In an embodiment, an article can include the adhesive film bonded to a substrate.

PROCESS FOR CREATING A SUBLIMATED PRINTED HEAT-SEALABLE APPLIQUE
A process for producing a colorfast thermal applique using a polyester fabric blank, dye-sublimation printing a graphic image on the fabric blank, and calendar or heat-press laminating a multi-layer composite consisting of two opposing outer layer polyurethane adhesive sides with a middle layer or layers of die impeding and absorbing polymers adhered onto the unprinted side of the printed fabric blank. The multi-zone composite comprises a first layer of clear or pigmented polyurethane adhesive followed by a pigmented disperse die impeding and absorbing polymer layer or layers and a third clear layer of polyurethane adhesive. The first layer of the triple-layer adhesive is fused under combined temperature and pressure to the polyester blank until said first layers impregnates into said fabric blank. The fabric blank is then cut into a discrete finished applique which, upon application to a fabric substrate, does not substantially change the physical and visual characteristics of that substrate, including performance fabric substrates to which the applique is applied.
