A sealing for arrangement between a wall and a wall covering includes a sealing sheet and an adhesive tape. The sealing sheet and the adhesive tape each have a carrier layer of a preferably closed-cell foam plastic. Furthermore, the sealing sheet can bear a nonwoven fabric preferably on the wall-facing side, wherein border strips remain free of the nonwoven fabric for underlapping with an adhesive tape.

Provided are double-coated tapes that include, in the following order: a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a first plastic skin layer; an elastic base layer; a second plastic skin layer; and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The provided double-coated adhesive tapes can provide a combination of high bond strength, reworkability, and high impact and shock resistance, and can be easily converted using a die cutting process.

The present invention relates to an acoustical and thermal decoupling system (10) in a form of a polymer tape that includes a closed-cell foam layer (12) having a front side and a reverse side, a pressure sensitive adhesive (14) coated on the reverse side of the closed-cell foam layer (12), and a release liner (16) covering the pressure sensitive adhesive (14) on the reverse side of the closed-cell foam layer (12). The acoustical and thermal decoupling system (10) may be installed directly to a structural member of a building by removing the release liner (16) from the reverse side of the closed-cell foam layer (12) and pressing the reverse side of the closed-cell foam layer (12) against the structural member, allowing the pressure sensitive adhesive (14) to bond the closed-cell foam layer (12) directly to the structural member.

The present disclosure relates to a two-component polyurethane adhesive, based on a polyol component A and a polyisocyanate component B. The two-component polyurethane adhesive exhibits fast cure speed, good adhesion properties and good durability. A method for preparing a retreaded tire, the method comprising (a) providing a tire casing; (b) providing a pre-cured tire tread; (c) applying a primer composition to the tire casing, the pre-cured tread, or both the tire casing and the pre-cured tread therefore form at least one primer layer, where the primer composition includes a halogenating agent and a solvent; (d) applying a urethane-based adhesive composition to at least one of the tire casing, an adhesive layer, the pre-cured tread, or the at least one primer layer; (e) mating the pre-cured tread to the tire casing to thereby sandwich the adhesive layer between the pre-cured tread and the tire casing and form a pre-cured composite: and (f) allowing the adhesive layer of the pre-cured composite to cure and thereby form a retreaded tire.

The pressure sensitive adhesive tape is superior in moisture resistance because of its high peel strength and is easy to peel from an adherend by including a filler in the adhesive layers.
