An adhesive article including: a coextruded polymeric backing that includes: a first layer including an amorphous polyamide, the first layer having first and second opposing major surfaces; and a second layer including a polar-modified polyolefin, the second layer having first and second opposing major surfaces; wherein the first major surface of the second layer is in contact with the second major surface of the first layer; and an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive layer in contact with the first major surface of the first layer of the backing.

Provided is a photocurable adhesive sheet having both step conformability and shape stability and also excellent in durability after attachment to an adherend member.
The photocurable adhesive sheet includes a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, and an intermediate layer interposed between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer, and is characterized in that the intermediate layer is a layer that is formed from a resin composition containing a (meth)acrylic copolymer as a main component resin and has a crosslinked structure, the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer, or both of these layers are photocurable resin layers each formed from a photocurable resin composition, and the fall time in the measurement of holding force at 40° C. under a load of 1 N/cm.sup.2 is 60 minutes or more, while the fall time in the measurement of holding force at 60° C. under a load of 1 N/cm.sup.2 is less than 60 minutes.

A protective layer to be used in a foldable device having a cover window containing glass, contains: at least one of the following (A), (B), or (C), wherein (A) is a polymerized substance of a polymerizable compound which has one or more hydrogen bonding group and three or more (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule of the polymerizable compound, in which a hydrogen-bonding proton value is 3.5 mol/kg or more and a (meth)acryloyl value is 4.8 mol/kg or more, (B) is a compound including a metal coordinate bond, and (C) is a compound including a host-guest binding.

A photocurable adhesive sheet may have both step conformability and shape stability and excellent in durability after attachment to an adhering member. Such a photocurable adhesive sheet may include a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, and an intermediate layer interposed between the first and second adhesive layer. The intermediate layer may be a layer that is formed from a resin composition containing a (meth)acrylic copolymer as a main component resin and has a crosslinked structure. The first and/or second adhesive layer may be photocurable resin layers formed from a photocurable resin composition. The fall time in the measurement of holding force at 40 C. under a load of 1 N/cm.sup.2 may be 60 minutes or more, while the fall time in the measurement of holding force at 60 C. under a load of 1 N/cm.sup.2 may be less than 60 minutes.
