HOT MELT TAPE AND MANUFACTURING AND USING METHOD THEREOF
20220332981 · 2022-10-20 ·

The present disclosure provides a hot melt tape at least including a substrate, an adhesive layer, and an anti-sticking layer, wherein the anti-sticking layer is adjacent to the adhesive layer and is the outermost layer of the hot melt tape. The hot melt tape may be used to seal objects, and preferably is made of a multilayer co-extrusion process. The anti-sticking layer prevents the hot melt tape from sticking the objects without needing a release film, and the hot melt tape can be directly heated during sealing the objects.

LIGHT RELEASE ADDITIVE FOR RELEASE SHEET, ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE COMPOSITION FOR RELEASE SHEET, AND RELEASE SHEET
20170306184 · 2017-10-26 · ·

Provided is a light release additive for release sheets, the additive being capable of achieving a desired light release force with a small addition thereof to an organopolysiloxane composition for release sheets and of providing an excellent release coating such that the released adhesive sheet has a high subsequent adhesion. This light release additive for release sheets comprises an acryl-silicone-based graft copolymer with a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 100,000 obtained by radical polymerization of (A) an organopolysiloxane compound having an acrylic group and/or a methacrylic group and (B) a radical polymerizable monomer having one radical polymerizable group per molecule.

Laminates and articles comprising a block copolymer coating comprising polyorganosiloxane and polyolefin

Intermediate laminates and articles comprising a low adhesion backsize coating are described. The laminate comprises a substrate having a major surface and opposing surface and a coating comprising a block copolymer disposed on a major surface of the substrate wherein the block copolymer comprises a polyorganosiloxane block and a polyolefin block, the polyolefin block having a melt point of at least 110° C. Also described are medical dressings comprising such laminate.

Release film

The present invention provides a release film having good releasability such that a release force is light, and also suppresses silicone transfer from the film surface. The present invention relates to a release film having a surface layer on a substrate layer, in which a main component of the surface layer is a resin component, the resin component contains a modified acrylic-based resin having a polysiloxane component, and a relationship between a ratio M.sub.T of a content of silicon to a content of all elements existing on an outermost surface of the surface layer and a ratio M.sub.B of a content of silicon to a content of all elements existing at a position in a depth of 10 nm from the outermost surface of the surface layer vertically toward the substrate layer satisfies (i) 5≤M.sub.T/M.sub.B≤30 or (ii) M.sub.B=0, and 8.5≤M.sub.T≤30.
