An object of the present invention is to provide a curable composition comprising a fluorescent particle containing a perovskite compound, wherein a decrease in the quantum yield of a film formed by curing the curable composition due to heat can be suppressed; a film formed by curing the curable composition; and a laminated body and a display apparatus comprising the film. Provided are a curable composition comprising a fluorescent particle (A) containing a perovskite compound, a photopolymerizable compound (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C), and an antioxidant (D); a film formed by curing the curable composition; and a laminated body and a display apparatus comprising the film.

METHODS OF MAKING HIGHLY STABLE PEROVSKITE- POLYMER COMPOSITES AND STRUCTURES USING SAME

Methods of making luminescent perovskite-polymer composites are provided and structures using the same. Perovskite-polymer composites made by the method described herein are provided. The perovskite-polymer composite is useful in many applications including downconverters for backlight units (BLU) of liquid crystal displays (LCDs), as well as for and could be used for light emitting devices, lasers or as active absorber or passive luminescent concentrators for solar photovoltaic applications.

The quantum material includes a quantum dot, and a first cladding layer and a second cladding clad outside of the quantum dot, wherein the first cladding layer is located between the quantum dot and the second cladding layer. The quantum dot material provided herein has good water and oxygen barrier properties and good stability.

Perovskite-polymer composites and methods

Perovskite-polymer composites including perovskite nanocrystals dispersed in a polymer matrix, wherein the perovskite nanocrystals have an average size of from about nm to about 20 nm. Methods for producing a perovskite-polymer composites that may include contacting a solid material comprising a polymer matrix with a solution comprising a perovskite precursor; allowing the solution to penetrate the solid material to yield a swollen solid material comprising the perovskite precursor dispersed within the polymer matrix; optionally contacting the swollen solid material with an antisolvent; and annealing the swollen solid material to crystallize the perovskite precursor and to yield the perovskite-polymer composite comprising perovskite nanocrystals dispersed in the polymer matrix.

The present inventive concept relates to a hybrid wavelength converter including both a metal halide perovskite nanocrystal particles and non-perovskite-based quantum dots or non-perovskite-based phosphors converting a wavelength of light generated from an excitation light source to specific wavelengths, and a light-emitting device including the same. By including metal halide perovskite nanocrystal particles and non-perovskite quantum dots or non-perovskite phosphors in the dispersion medium, the hybrid wavelength converter according to the present inventive concept enables to make simultaneous wavelength conversion to red and green light, and to be optically stable and improved color purity and luminescence performance without changing the emission wavelength range even with a lower cadmium content than the conventional quantum dot wavelength converter.

Perovskite film, method for producing the same, light-emitting device and solar cell

Stable perovskite films having substantially-no phase transition within a predetermined temperature range are disclosed. In the films, formation of carrier traps is suppressed. Thermally stable perovskite solar cells and light-emitting devices using the films are also disclosed.

Perovskite polymer composite

Disclosed herein is a polymeric film, the film comprising a polymeric matrix material, a plurality of perovskite nanocrystals and/or aggregates of perovskite nanocrystals dispersed throughout the polymeric matrix material. There is also disclosed a perovskite polymer resin composition, a perovskite-polymer resin composition, a perovskite ink and a method of forming a luminescent film using any one of the compositions or ink. Preferably, the perovskite material is a lead halide perovskite containing a cation selected from Cs, an alkylammonium ion, or a formamidinium ion. The polymeric matrix is preferably formed from monomers comprising a vinyl or an acrylate group.
