Poly(arylene ether) copolymer
A poly(arylene ether) copolymer is the product of oxidative copolymerization of monomers including a monohydric phenol and a dihydric phenol of the formula ##STR00001##
wherein R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, and R.sup.6 are as defined herein. The poly(arylene ether) copolymer includes less than 0.1 weight percent of incorporated amine groups. A method of the manufacture of a poly(arylene ether) copolymer is also disclosed. A curable composition including the poly(arylene ether) copolymer and cured products derived therefrom are also described.
Controlled cure rate using polyether-coated synergists
Polysulfide compositions having a polyether synergist are disclosed. Polysulfide compositions that contain polyether synergists exhibit a rapid onset of cure and have acceptable final properties. The polysulfide compositions can be used as sealants.
Polyetheretherketone-containing resin composition and seal ring
A resin composition includes polyetheretherketone, a polyetheretherketone recycled material, and a filler, wherein a percentage of the recycled material is 25 mass % or higher with respect to a total of the polyetheretherketone and the recycled material; and the filler has a content of from 5 to 30 mass % and has an aspect ratio of from 1 to 3.
POLY(ARYLENE ETHER) COPOLYMER

Puncture sealing agent
The present invention provides a tire puncture sealant which exhibits excellent storage stability while having reduced low-temperature viscosity and therefore improved low-temperature injection properties, and also exhibits excellent initial sealing properties and sealing force retention properties. The present invention relates to a tire puncture sealant containing rubber latex and 1,3-propanediol, the 1,3-propanediol being present in a proportion of 55 to 61% by mass of the liquid component.
SENSING DEVICE FOR MEASURING AN ELECTROCHEMICAL PARAMETER
The invention provides sensing devices for measuring an electrochemical parameter in a reactor. The sensing devices include one or more electrodes, a fastener comprising a female part and a male part, a compressible sealant inside an internal cavity of the male part, a spacer inside the internal cavity of the male part adjacent to and abutting the compressible sealant, a connector for connecting the compressible sealant and the male part and a connector for connecting the spacer and the compressible sealant. The male part, compressible sealant and spacer include one or more channels through which one of the one or more electrodes passes.
STABILIZER COMPOSITION FOR SILYL-MODIFIED POLYMER SEALANTS
The present invention is directed to stabilizer compositions comprising at least one oxalanilide UV absorber, at least one hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), at least one phenolic antioxidant and optionally further components. Said stabilizer compositions are preferably used in sealants or adhesives based on silyl-modified polymers (SMP). The invention is also directed to a polymer composition based on silyl-modified polymers (SMP) comprising the inventive stabilizer combination of oxalanilide UV absorber, hindered amine light stabilizer (HAL S) and phenolic antioxidant.
Sealing resin composition
The present invention provides a sealing resin composition containing a polyester resin (A), carbodiimide (B) and an antioxidant (C).
STABILIZER COMPOSITION FOR SEALANTS AND ADHESIVES
The present invention relates to a liquid stabilizer composition A containing (a) at least one liquid sterically hindered amine (HALS) in which the amino group carries a basicity-reducing substituent and which has a molecular weight of at most 1500 g/mol, preferably of at most 1000 g/mol; (b) at least one sterically hindered amine (HALS) having a molecular weight of more than 1500, preferably of at least 1700 g/mol; and (c) at least one liquid UV absorber. The invention relates also to a polymer composition which is in particular a sealant or adhesive composition, comprising at least one silyl-modified polymer and the stabilizer composition A. The invention relates moreover to the use of the stabilizer composition A in a sealant or adhesive composition. Such sealant or adhesive compositions show improved optical properties, also in the finished sealant or adhesive, such as increased clarity and/or reduced haze, and also an improved stability against degradation by heat, light and/or oxygen.
Highly Active Double Metal Cyanide Compounds
The present invention is directed to supported catalyst having utility in the polymerization and co-polymerization of epoxide monomers, said supported catalyst having the general Formula (I):
