RECOVERY OF ALIPHATIC HYDROCARBONS
The invention relates to a process for the recovery of aliphatic hydrocarbons from a liquid hydrocarbon feedstock stream comprising aliphatic hydrocarbons, heteroatom containing polar components and optionally aromatic hydrocarbons, said process comprising the steps of: a) mixing the liquid hydrocarbon feedstock stream with a solvent resulting in a liquid mixture; b) cooling the liquid mixture obtained in step a) to a temperature in the range of from +5° C. to −30° C. to obtain wax crystals in the mixture; c) separating wax crystals from the cooled liquid mixture obtained in step b) to produce a wax comprising aliphatic hydrocarbons and a dewaxed liquid mixture comprising solvent, heteroatom containing polar components and optionally aromatic hydrocarbons; d) separating solvent from the liquid mixture obtained in step c) and optionally recycling the separated solvent to step a). Further, the present invention relates to a process for the recovery of aliphatic hydrocarbons from plastics, and to a process for steam cracking a hydrocarbon feed.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING PYROLYSIS OIL
A method of removing paraffinic wax from pyrolysis oil that includes flowing pyrolysis oil into a tank and reducing the temperature of the pyrolysis oil to a temperature that causes the paraffinic wax that is in solution in the pyrolysis oil to precipitate and form (1) paraffinic wax in solid form and (2) remaining pyrolysis oil in liquid form. The method further includes pumping the remaining pyrolysis oil from the tank to a first location. The method then involves heating the paraffinic wax in solid form to form paraffinic wax in liquid form and pumping the paraffinic wax in liquid form to a second location. In this way, the paraffinic wax and the remaining pyrolysis oil can be processed separately according to their respective properties.

METHOD FOR PREPARING LOW-POUR POINT, HIGH-AROMATIC, AND ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY RUBBER OIL BY COMBINING EXTRACTION AND DEWAXING
A method for preparing an environmental-friendly rubber oil, including: conducting extraction in an extraction tower, where a primary extraction solvent is introduced into an upper section of the extraction tower, a raw oil is introduced into a middle-lower section of the extraction tower, and a secondary extraction solvent is introduced into a lower section of the extraction tower; subjecting a material at a bottom of the extraction tower to solvent recovery to obtain a secondary extract oil; mixing a substance flowing out from a top of the extraction tower, a solubilizer and a part of the primary extraction solvent, cooling to 15 C. to 10 C., and filtering to obtain a wax paste and a filtrate; subjecting the wax paste to heating evaporation and solvent recovery to obtain a wax; and subjecting the filtrate to heating evaporation and solvent recovery, obtaining the environmental-friendly rubber oil.

METHOD FOR DEWAXING EXTRACT OIL AND RUBBER OIL
A method for dewaxing of an extract oil and a rubber oil is provided, where a composite solvent including a polar solvent and a solubilizer is used as a dewaxing solvent, the polar solvent is N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), and the solubilizer is at least one selected from the group consisting of benzene, toluene, and xylene. The method includes: mixing the composite solvent with the extract oil or the rubber oil at a temperature higher than a precipitation temperature of a wax, subjecting a resulting mixture to cooling crystallization and filtration to obtain a wax paste and a filtrate, and then independently subjecting the wax paste and the filtrate to solvent recovery by heating evaporation to obtain a wax and a dewaxed oil, respectively.
