The system includes a subsystem for material blending in the gasification, wherein the subsystem for material blending in the gasification includes a raw material property rapid analysis module, for obtaining raw material property parameters of raw materials according to characteristic spectral line intensities of in-furnace raw materials; a blended material property prediction module, for establishing a prediction model, and predicting blended material property parameters by means of the prediction model according to raw material property parameters and raw material proportions; a blending scheme optimization module, for establishing an optimization model, and obtaining an optimized blending scheme by means of the optimization model according to blended material property parameters; a blending scheme economy evaluation module, for outputting a blending scheme with the optimum technical economy.

The methods add hydrocarbon derived from fossil sources to gas derived from gasifying waste solid sustainable carbon material to enhance hydrogen availability, and in some cases carbon availability, for production of the chemical products. Carbon dioxide made by the process is at least partially sequestered to yield a chemical manufacturing process with environmental burden substantially less than conventional processes. Use of the hydrocarbon boosts yield of final products.
SLAG MANAGEMENT TOOLSET FOR DETERMINING OPTIMAL GASIFICATION TEMPERATURES
Embodiments relate to methods, systems and an apparatus for determining an optimal temperature for gasification of a feedstock. The method includes predicting a chemistry of impurities in the feedstock that form a slag; predicting viscosity curves of the impurities in the feedstock that form the slag; predicting a need for one or more additives; and predicting an impact of chemistry changes of the slag based at least partly on temperature vs viscosity behavior during gasification. The method further includes controlling a gasification temperature to achieve a desired viscosity of the slag using at least one of the predicted chemistry changes and the additives.
