In the phosphorous coal gasification reactor, a drying zone, a dry distillation zone, a combustion zone, a phosphate rock reduction zone, and a slag bath zone are formed from top to bottom. A gas product outlet communicating with the phosphorous coal gasification reactor is installed at a top of the phosphorous coal gasification reactor, two to eight fuel burners are symmetrically arranged on the combustion zone, and an auxiliary burner communicating with the slag bath zone is arranged at the bottom of the slag bath zone. The reactor device can improve the production capacity of the yellow phosphorus, and reduce the emission of CO.sub.2.
SYSTEM FOR COMBINED PRODUCTION OF YELLOW PHOSPHORUS AND SYNGAS
A system for combined production of yellow phosphorous and syngas is disclosed. The air separation unit, the pulverized coal preparation unit and the mineral aggregate forming unit are respectively connected to a gas inlet and a top feeding port of the phosphorus coal gasifier; phosphorus-containing syngas obtained from phosphorus coal gasifier is connected to a gas inlet of the separating washing unit through an outlet of the phosphorous coal gasifier; Yellow phosphorus products and crude syngas are respectively output from the output port of the separating washing unit; and then the crude syngas is purified to obtain refined syngas. A slag discharge port at the bottom of the phosphorus coal gasifier is connected to an input port of a slag cold quenching unit. The system can improve the available energy of yellow phosphorous production, the production capacity of yellow phosphorus and the yield of syngas, and reduce CO.sub.2 emission.
Coal powder pretreatment method and coal powder gasification method
Disclosed are a pulverized coal preprocessing method and a pulverized coal gasifying method. The pulverized coal preprocessing method comprises the following steps: (1) performing pore broadening on pulverized coal to obtain preprocessed pulverized coal; (2) loading alkali metal ions into the preprocessed pulverized coal under an ion exchange condition to obtain alkali metal loaded pulverized coal. The method further comprises loading a chrome complex into the alkali metal loaded pulverized coal obtained in described step (2). In gasification, the pulverized coal loaded with alkali metal potassium and chrome catalysts obtained by the method has the advantages of high sulphur removal rate, high carbon conversion rate, short gasifying reaction time and high methane production.
CHEMICAL RECYCLING OF PROCESSED MIXED PLASTIC WASTE STREAMS
Chemical recycling facilities for processing mixed plastic waste are provided herein. Such facilities have the capability of processing mixed plastic waste streams and utilize a variety of recycling facilities, such as, for example, solvolysis facility, a pyrolysis facility, a cracker facility, a partial oxidation gasification facility, an energy generation/energy production facility, and a solidification facility. Streams from one or more of these individual facilities may be used as feed to one or more of the other facilities, thereby maximizing recovery of valuable chemical components and minimizing unusable waste streams.
GASIFICATION FURNACE OPERATING METHOD AND GASIFICATION FURNACE
Provided are a gasification furnace operating method, a gasification furnace, a two-stage gasification apparatus, a gasification method for an organic raw material, and a two-stage gasification method for organic waste that make it possible to stably operate a gasification furnace over a long period of time. The present invention provides a gasification furnace operating method including, in a gasification furnace into which an organic raw material is introduced and that produces gas and slag, directly or indirectly introducing an alkali metal-containing compound into the gasification furnace to reduce the viscosity of the slag.

Systems and methods for oxidation of synthesis gas tar
A method is provided for removing tar from a gas by contacting a first gas containing tar with a second gas containing oxygen for time period sufficient to effect oxidation of at least a portion of the tar in the first gas, thus producing an oxidized product gas that contains less tar than the first gas. The method can also include heating a fluidized particulate material in a combustor, introducing the heated fluidized particulate material from the combustor and a biomass feedstock into a gasifier, such that heat from the heated fluidized particulate material causes the gasification of at least a portion of the biomass feedstock to form a tar-containing product gas, the first gas may contain at least a portion of the tar-containing gas, and the tar-containing gas may be extracted from the gasifier prior to contacting the first gas with the second gas.

The MFBR may include a pyrolysis reactor and a pyrolysis furnace; the pyrolysis reactor may include a thermocouple, an introduction tube, and quartz sands; the on-line detection unit may be an on-line photoionization mass spectrometer; and the photoionization mass spectrometer may include a laser desorption system, a laser ionizer and a light energy ionizer. Devices of the present disclosure are beneficial to retain the original state of aerosol particles, and the fixed MFBR can realize rapid pyrolysis of a biomass due to its high and stable heat conduction efficiency, which is beneficial to studying the formation mechanism of aerosol particles.
Corrosion reduction for supercritical water gasification through seeded sacrificial metal
Technologies are presented for reducing corrosion M supercritical water gasification through seeded sacrificial metal particles. The metal panicles may be seeded into one or more material input streams through high pressure injection. Once distributed in the SCWG reactor, the metal particles may corrode preferentially to the metal SCWG reactor walls and convert into metal oxides that precipitate out above the supercritical point of water. The precipitated metal oxides may then be collected downstream of the SCWG reactor to be reprocessed back into seed metal at a smelter. The seeded metal particles may complete a process material cycle with limited net additional waste.
