METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COAL PURIFICATION AND COMPLETE BURING FOR CLEAN FOSSIL FUEL
In one aspect, a method for coal purification and gasification may include steps of heating the coal including various hydrocarbons and harmful substances such as sulfides, phosphates, etc. to 900 to 1200 C. in a coal gasifier; providing a reaction chamber with oxygen and connecting with the coal gasifier; the sulfides, phosphates, etc. in the gasified coal entering the reaction chamber from the coal gasifier and reacting with the oxygen therein; separating mixtures from the reaction chamber to collect hydrocarbons in its fluidized phase; heating the fluidized hydrocarbons; and providing oxygen to react with the gasified form of hydrocarbons to achieve a complete burning of the hydrocarbons.
Manufacturing Method and Manufacturing Apparatus of Syngas, and Manufacturing Method of Liquid Hydrocarbon Using the Same
Provided are a method for manufacturing syngas including the steps of (S1) heat-treating organic waste in a first reactor to produce a first mixed gas; (S2) introducing the first mixed gas to a second reactor and subjecting it to methane reforming in the presence of a catalyst to produce a second mixed gas; (S3) separating the catalyst and carbon dioxide from the second mixed gas and recovering a third mixed gas from which the catalyst and the carbon dioxide have been removed; (S4) converting the carbon dioxide separated in step (S3) into carbon monoxide through a reverse Boudouard reaction in a third reactor; and (S5) mixing the third mixed gas recovered in step (S3) and the carbon monoxide converted in step (S4) to produce syngas, and an apparatus for manufacturing syngas.
Processing and gasification of construction and demolition materials
Methods and systems for processing construction and demolition (C&D) materials to produce a product gas stream and/or electricity are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the method comprises pre-processing C&D materials to produce a C&D feed, and processing the C&D feed to produce syngas. The C&D feed can comprise untreated wood, treated wood, paper and cardboard, yard waste, plastic, rubber, and/or foam. Processing the C&D feed can comprise gasifying the C&D feed, steam, and oxygen in a gasifier at a temperature of no more than 950 C. and/or a pressure of no more than 200 psi to produce syngas.
Manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus of syngas, and manufacturing method of liquid hydrocarbon using the same

Gasification system and method
A method includes providing a gasifier with a fuel source comprising a heavy oil, a light oil, and recovered soot. The gasifier may gasify the fuel source to generate a syngas and soot. The method also includes recovering the soot in a first separation unit that may receive a portion of the heavy oil and separate the soot from an extraction oil used to recover the soot. The first separation unit generates soot bottoms that include the portion of the heavy oil and the recovered soot. The method also includes flowing a first separation co-fractionate to a second separation unit. The first separation co-fractionate includes the extraction oil and the light oil. The second separation unit may separate the extraction oil and the light oil, and direct the light oil towards the first separation unit. The method further includes mixing the soot bottoms from the first separation unit with the light oil from the second separation unit to generate the fuel source and directing the fuel source to the gasifier for gasification.
