Disclosed is an oil-containing fiber-polymer self-lubricating composite material. The composite material includes a resin matrix and an oil-containing fiber dispersed in the resin matrix, wherein a mass ratio of the resin matrix to the oil-containing fiber is in the range of 100:(1-10); the resin matrix is a photocurable resin or a thermosetting resin; the oil-containing fiber comprises a natural fiber and a lubricating oil adsorbed in the natural fiber.
LUBRICANT COMPOSITION FOR PLASTIC WORKING
Provided is a lubricant composition for plastic working of a ferrous material, the lubricant composition being excellent in lubricity and releasability and not staining the work environment black. A lubricant composition for plastic working of a ferrous material is used, the lubricant composition containing (a) an alkali metal salt of an organic acid, (b) water-based resin particles, (c) a water-soluble polymer, and (d) water, the (b) water-based resin particles including particles having a particle diameter of not more than 0.1 μm in an amount of more than 5% by weight relative to a total amount of the (b) water-based resin particles.
Entry sheet for drilling and drilling method
Provided is an entry sheet for drilling that, compared with a conventional entry sheet for drilling, has better hole position accuracy, can suppress drill bit breakage, and exhibits less processing chips wrapping around the drill bit. This entry sheet for drilling includes a metallic support foil and a layer comprising a resin composition that is formed on at least one surface of the metallic support foil, wherein the resin composition contains a cellulose derivative (A) and a water-soluble resin (B), the cellulose derivative (A) includes a hydroxyalkyl cellulose and/or a carboxyalkyl cellulose having a weight average molecular weight of 20,000 to 350,000, and based on 100 parts by mass of the resin composition, the content of the cellulose derivative (A) is 5 to 40 parts by mass and the content of the water-soluble resin (B) is 60 to 95 parts by mass.
Release agent for hot-forging die, application method for same, and application device
A release agent for a hot-forging die, containing micronanobubbles.
Lubricating oil composition for refrigerating machines
A lubricating oil composition for refrigerating machines contains a base oil and an additive in a form of a hydrocarbon compound having a biphenyl structure or a stilbene structure. When the present lubricating oil composition for refrigerating machines is used in refrigerating equipment such as an open-type automobile air-conditioner, an electric automobile air-conditioner, a gas heat pump, other air-conditioning equipment, a refrigerating machine, a vending machine, a showcase, a water-heating system and a refrigerating/heating system, it is possible to detect the leakage of a refrigerant with a long-lasting stability. Therefore, when an unsaturated chlorofluorocarbon refrigerant with a poor stability is used in the above-listed equipment, the present lubricating oil composition for refrigerating machines is significantly advantageous.

Cutting work method and method for producing cut product
The present invention provides a cutting work method comprising a cutting work step of forming a through-groove passing through from a surface to a back face of a workpiece material by cutting the workpiece material with a cutting tool while bringing a lubricant material for assisting cutting process into contact with the cutting tool and/or the to-be-processed portion of the workpiece material, wherein the workpiece material comprises one or more materials selected from the group consisting of a metal, a fiber reinforced plastic, ceramic, and a composite material thereof.
Lubricant material for assisting machining process, lubricant sheet for assisting machining process, and machining method
A lubricant material for assisting machining process comprising a polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 5.0×10.sup.4 or more and 2.0×10.sup.5 or less.
Tactile film, method of producing same, molded article, and method of improving finger slidability
Prepared is a film including at least one surface having a friction property having A of not less than 0.01 and B of not greater than 0.6, A and B being values obtained from friction testing, wherein the friction testing includes measuring relative dynamic friction coefficients μ of the at least one surface at various moving speeds v (mm/s) of a contact probe, creating a plot of log(v), log(v) being a common logarithm of the moving speed, on a horizontal axis and μ on a vertical axis and performing linear fitting to obtain a straight line, and A is a slope of the straight line and B is an intercept of the straight line. The tactile film includes a tactile layer, which is formed of a cured product of a curable composition including a curable resin and is disposed on the outermost layer; and the surface of the tactile layer may have a friction property having a slope A of 0.01 or higher and an intercept B of 0.6 or lower. The curable resin may include a (meth)acrylic polymer having a polymerizable group, a urethane (meth)acrylate, a silicone (meth)acrylate, and a cellulose ester.
