Grease composition, mechanism component, and production method for grease composition
The present invention addresses a problem of providing a grease composition that uses hydrophilic nanofibers but still has excellent water resistance and does not readily experience oil separation. The grease composition contains a base oil, hydrophilic nanofibers having a thickness (d) of 1 to 500 nm, and an organic bentonite.
STABLE NON-AQUEOUS SUSPENSIONS OF WATER-SOLUBLE POLYSACCHARIDES, AND METHODS FOR TREATING OIL AND/OR GAS WELLS WITH A FRACTURING FLUID COMPRISING SUCH AND WATER
Provided herein are friction reducers comprising a thickening agent, a liquid medium, and a stabilizing agent; and methods and uses thereof for the treatment of an oil and/or gas well having a wellbore.
DRY FILM LUBRICANT COMPOSITION
A dry film lubricant composition includes: an anionic wax emulsion including carnauba wax and an anionic surfactant; water; a thickener; an organic solvent; a fluorosurfactant; a phosphate additive; and an alkaline agent.
LUBRICANT AND BINDING AGENT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FEEDSTUFF AND THE LIKE AND SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USE OF SAME
A lubricant and binding agent for the production of feedstuff and the like and a system and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the method, an organic-based ingredient and a lubricant and binding agent are combined and subjected to a pellet-mill production process. The lubricant and binding agent includes about 15% to about 40% by weight of glycerin, about 0.005% to about 0.017% by weight of guar gum, about 0.009% to about 0.028% by weight of gum arabic, about 0.005% to about 0.017% by weight of aloe vera, and a balance by weight of water. The lubricant and binding agent increases production efficiency and pellet durability.
WATER-BASED LUBRICATING GREASE COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR USING THE SAME
A water-based lubricating grease composition includes at least 40 wt % water; a salt-based thickener; a polymer-based thickener; and optionally, an inorganic solid-based thickener. A process for preparing the water-based lubricating grease composition may include blending a suitable amount of water with a salt-based thickener to provide a thickened water-based grease, wherein the salt-based thickener is obtained from contacting a base with a fat; and adding a polymer-based thickener to the thickened water-based grease.
Lubricant for the hot forming of metals
A lubricant for the hot forming of metals, with respect to the solid constituents, contains at least the following constituents: 55 to 85 wt % of a solid lubricating agent comprising a mixture of talc and a potassium mica, wherein the ratio of talc to potassium mica in the solid lubricating agent is 2.0 to 5.0, 10 to 30 wt % of an adhesive agent selected from a polyvinyl acetate, sodium water glass and dextrin or a mixture of same, 2 to 10 wt % of a thickener selected from hydroxy cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxyproply cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, methylethyl cellulose, hydroxyethylmethyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, ethylhydroxymethyl cellulose, carboxymethylhydroxy cellulose, dextrin, starch, organically modified bentonite, smectite and xanthan gum, 0 to 10 wt % of further auxiliary agents, and not more than 10 wt % of graphite.
Aqueous lubricant composition
The present invention is directed towards an aqueous lubricant composition comprising hyaluronic acid, organic acid, salts and water, and has a pH of between 5.5 and 7.0 and an osmolality between about 150 and 1,500 mOsm/kg. The lubricant surprisingly has long-lasting lubricity and low osmolality as compared to conventional lubricants on the market.
GREASE COMPOSITION
The present invention addresses a problem of providing a grease composition for a speed reducer and a speed increaser, excellent in both leakage prevention performance and energy transfer efficiency. The grease composition for a speed reducer and a speed increaser contains a base oil (A), and nanofibers (B) having a thickness (d) of 1 to 500 nm, wherein the nanofibers (B) are one or more selected from cellulose nanofibers (B1) and modified cellulose nanofibers (B2).
