Pre-blended candle wax product, method and kit for creating a candle or candle wax product
This invention relates to a pre-blended candle wax product, method and kit for quickly and easily pouring a candle or candle product. The product, method and kit may be used to offer an environmentally friendly option for re-pouring candle wax into a previously used candle container or any other suitable container.
WAX COMPOSITIONS AND THE EFFECT OF METALS ON BURN RATES
A wax composition is disclosed, comprising a hydrogenated natural oil with (i) at least about 50 wt % of a triacylglycerol component having a fatty acid composition from about 14 to about 25 wt % C16:0 fatty acid, about 45 to about 60 wt % C18:1 fatty acid and about 20 to about 30 wt % C18:0 fatty acid, (ii) a nickel content of less than 1 ppm, and (iii) a melt point of about 49° C. to about 57° C. The hydrogenated natural oil is filtered and/or bleached to obtain a nickel content of less than 0.5 ppm. A candle is also disclosed, comprising a wick and the above described wax.

Apparatuses and methods for fast manual candle wick setting
Apparatuses and methods are provided for rapid and user-friendly manual setting of wicks into container candles. The apparatuses of embodiments include a wick setter that includes a proximal portion configured to receive a downward force. The wick setter also includes an elongated shaft coupled to the proximal portion and defining a longitudinal axis. The elongated shaft is configured to translate the downward force from the proximal portion onto a distal portion of the wick setter. The distal portion includes at least one wick tab holder disposed perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis. The wick tab holder includes a loop configured to engage a corresponding wick tab laterally with respect to the corresponding wick tab. The wick tab holder is also configured to apply a holding force onto the corresponding wick tab for holding the corresponding wick tab attached to the wick tab holder.

An apparatus is provided for holding and centering a candle wick in a container. The apparatus according to the invention is characterized in that a fixing apparatus is provided for the candle wick, which can be connected to the container in a detachable in such a way that it can be pivoted relative to the container.

Apparatuses and methods are provided for rapid and user-friendly manual setting of wicks into container candles. The apparatuses of embodiments include a wick setter that includes a proximal portion configured to receive a downward force. The invention being comprised of a heating chamber, temperature controller, metering dispenser, adjustable base, lighting strip and protective viewing cabinet. Said invention allowing wax to be melted and maintained at a temperature below the melting point of mold materials such as; but not limited to, filaments commonly used in 3D printing and the like. An object of the invention is to allow users to quickly position and fill custom molds for fabrication processes such as candle and jewelry making.
