COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR FORMING STABLE, LIQUID METAL OXIDE/HYDROXIDE FORMULATIONS
Dry mixtures and liquid formulations are provided that comprise metal oxide and/or metal hydroxide nanocrystalline particles. The dry mixtures are advantageously formulated with select surfactants to be readily solubilized and stable in liquid carriers. Additional select components are provided in preferred combinations that are capable of achieving improved biocidal and chemical agent efficacy. Notably, the inventive formulations provided herein allow for easier delivery of the formulations and increased shelf stability.
Compositions and Their Use
Disclosed herein are compositions including (A) at least one polymer including (a) a core obtained by reacting a diamine H.sub.2N—Z—NH.sub.2 with a compound having a total number TN of carboxyl groups per molecule in the range of from 3 to 10, where Z is selected from C.sub.3-C.sub.12-cycloalkylene that may be non-substituted or substituted with one or more O—C.sub.1-C.sub.4-alkyl groups and where C.sub.3-C.sub.12-cycloalkylene may bear one to three methyl groups, and where carboxyl groups are selected from COOH and COOX.sup.1 with X.sup.1 being selected from C.sub.1-C.sub.4-alkyl, or two carboxyl groups together form an anhydride group, (b) polyalkylene oxide chains, and (B) at least one hydrolase.
SUBSTRATE CLEANING SOLUTION, AND USING THE SAME, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CLEANED SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DEVICE
[Problem] To obtain a substrate cleaning solution capable of cleaning a substrate and removing particles. [Means for Solution] To provide a substrate cleaning solution comprising an insoluble or hardly soluble solute (A), a soluble solute (B), and a solvent (C), wherein the solvent (C) comprises water (C-1); and the content of the soluble solute (B) is 0.1 to 500 mass % based on water (C-1).
Organic peroxide dispersions
Evaporation of water from an aqueous dispersion of a solid peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide is retarded by the incorporation of carboxylic acid salt. The carboxylic acid salt renders the aqueous dispersion less susceptible to explosive decomposition when exposed to external triggering events such as impact, heat, friction or contamination, yet does not interfere with the ability to achieve and maintain a stable, small particle size dispersion having desirable viscosity and flow properties.
Aqueous dispersion of hydrosoluble or hydroswellable polymer
The present invention concerns an aqueous dispersion comprising particles of water-soluble polymer of average molecular weight higher than or equal to 0.5 million daltons, or of water-swellable polymer, and a mixture of at least one sulfate salt and at least one phosphate salt in weight proportions of between 25:75 and 75:25.
DRY-WASH AEROSPACE CLEANING COMPOSITION
Disclosed is a no-rinse aerospace cleaning composition useful in cleaning painted and unpainted metal, as well as polymeric surfaces found in aircraft, the composition comprising an oil-in-water emulsion containing water, organic solvent, an aqueous emulsion of wax-free glossing agent, solid particles, polyalkylsiloxane oil, surfactant, emulsifier, thickener, corrosion inhibitor, and pH adjuster; methods of making and using the composition are also provided.
Nano-micro particle fluid for cleaning dirty and greasy surfaces and pipes
A cleaning composition is provided herein. The cleaning composition includes a plurality of metal particles and a base fluid. The plurality of metal particles have an average size in a range of from about 1 nanometer (nm) to about 10,000 micrometers (μm), and are dispersed in the base fluid. The cleaning composition is configured to generate an exothermic reaction when contacted with one or more components on a surface and water to facilitate removal of the one or more components from the surface. Methods of making and utilizing the cleaning composition are also provided.
DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS
The need for laundry detergent compositions that provide improved deposition of perfume ingredients onto fabrics comprising synthetic fibres, and especially those perfume ingredients that typically do not readily deposit onto synthetic fibres, is met by incorporating a vinylpyrrolidone polymer and specific perfume ingredients into a laundry detergent composition.
AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF MICROCAPSULES, AND USES THEREOF
The invention relates to an aqueous dispersion of microcapsules, said microcapsules comprising a hydrophobic core and a polymeric shell wherein said polymeric shell is formed of the reaction product of (i) at least one monofunctional or multifunctional α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compound, and (ii) at least one nanocellulose or microcrystalline cellulose. The invention also relates to a process for the manufacture of such an aqueous dispersion, as well as consumer products containing an aqueous dispersion of microcapsules according to the invention.
Structuring premixes and liquid compositions comprising them
A structuring premix having a non-polymeric, crystalline, hydroxyl-containing structuring agent and at least two nonionic surfactants having a low HLB and a high HLB. A liquid fabric care composition that includes such a structuring premix. A process for making a structured liquid fabric care composition.
