HIGH PERFORMANCE DISHWASHER COMPOSITIONS
A dishwasher composition includes at least one strong chelant, at least one weak chelant, at least one surfactant, and at least one enzyme. The dishwasher composition can be a liquid or a gel and has a pH of from 7.0 to 9.5 and may contain less than 1 wt. % silicates based on the total weight of the dishwasher composition. Methods of washing articles include preparing a wash solution that includes water and the dishwasher composition, and contacting at least one article with the washing solution during at least a portion of a wash cycle of a commercially-available dishwasher.
Windshield Cleaning Appliance and Cleaner Composition
Presently disclosed is a disposable windshield wiper blade attachment that incorporates chemicals that will expedite insect and other debris removal when attached to the wiper blades and the wiper action is performed. In a preferred embodiment, the attachment takes the form of fabric, foam, or other porous enclosure of synthetic or natural material that is impregnated with chemicals that will facilitate rapid removal of the windshield debris.
PARTICLE REMOVAL FROM ELECTROCHROMIC FILMS USING NON-AQUEOUS FLUIDS
Several of the films that comprise various energy producing or control devices, for example, electrochromic devices, lithium batteries, and photovoltaic cells, are sensitive to moisture in some way. They may be especially vulnerable to moisture at particular stages during their fabrication. It may also be highly desirable during fabrication to be able to wash particulates from the surface. The particulates may be generated some aspect of the fabrication process, or they may arise from the environment in which the fabrication takes place. This invention shows ways to remove said particles from the surface without incurring the damage associated with typical washing processes, resulting in higher manufacturing yields and better device performance.
HARD SURFACE CLEANING COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING ALKOXYLATED PHENOLS AND PERFUMES AND CLEANING PADS AND METHODS FOR USING SUCH CLEANING COMPOSITIONS
A hard surface cleaning composition, methods of improving the shine and reducing malodour on a hard surface and disposable premoistened pads for cleaning hard surfaces with controlled emulsification is provided. The hard surface cleaning composition comprises: at least 85% by weight of water; at least 0.0015% of by weight of alkoxylated phenol; and a perfume. The perfume comprises at least 60% by weight of the Perfume Raw Materials having C log P greater than 1.0. The composition has a Shine Result of between 0.1 and 2.0 and an NTU of between 1 and 200.
Fast drying and fast draining rinse aid
The present invention is directed to rinse aid compositions and methods for making and using the rinse aid compositions. The compositions of the invention include a sheeting agent, a defoaming agent, and an association disruption agent. The rinse aid compositions of the present invention result in a faster draining/drying time on most substrates compared to conventional rinse aids. The rinse aid compositions of the present invention are especially suitable for use on plastic substrates.
DISHWASHING COMPOSITION HAVING IMPROVED SUDSING
The need for a liquid hand-dishwashing composition which provides further improved sudsing volume and longevity when washing dishware using diluted liquid hand dishwashing compositions, especially in the presence of greasy soil and particulate soil, while still providing the desired cleaning, is met when the composition is formulated with from 5% to 50% of a sudsing surfactant system and polyvinyl alcohol having a viscosity of from 20 mPa.Math.s to 55 mPa.Math.s.
LIQUID HAND DISHWASHING CLEANING COMPOSITION
The need for a liquid hand dishwashing cleaning composition that is less hazy, while also provides reduced surface tension between the detergent composition and the soiled plate, and hence improvements in cleaning, is met when the liquid hand dishwashing cleaning composition is formulated with a surfactant system and a polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of hydrolysis of from about 40% to about 86%.
Automatic dishwashing composition
The present invention relates to an improved detergent composition for use in the protection of non-metallic inorganic materials such as glassware in automatic ware washing machines.
BIOACTIVE MATERIALS
Bioactive coatings that include a base and a protein associated with the base for actively promoting the removal of organic stains are provided. In aspects, bioactive coatings that are stabilized against inactivation by weathering are provided including a base associated with a chemically modified enzyme, and, optionally a first polyoxyethylene present in the base and independent of the enzyme. The coatings are optionally overlayered onto a substrate to form an active coating facilitating the removal of organic stains or organic material from food, insects, or the environment.
A HARD SURFACE CLEANING COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to liquid aqueous detergent compositions comprising a surfactant system comprising a primary surfactant being anionic surfactant, a secondary surfactant being amphoteric surfactant and polyethylene oxide whilst the surfactant system is free of alkylbenzene sulphonates and derivatives thereof. The invention further relates to a method of cleaning a stainless-steel hard surface using the composition of the invention, as well as the use thereof.
