High alkaline cleaners, cleaning systems and methods of use for cleaning zero trans fat soils
The present disclosure relates to high alkaline cleaners, cleaning systems and methods for removing polymerized zero trans fat soils. The high alkaline cleaner of the present invention generally includes one or more alkaline wetting and saponifying agent(s), a chelating/sequestering system and a surface modifying-threshold agent system. In various embodiments, the cleaners may include, at least one cleaning agent comprising a surfactant or surfactant system and/or a solvent or solvent system and/or a cleaning booster such as a peroxide or sulfite type additive. The cleaners may also include one or more components to modify the composition form and/or the application method in some embodiments. All components described above may also be optimized optionally, to provide emulsification of a composition (both as a usable product or a concentrate that can be diluted to form a usable product). The use of the high alkaline cleaner of the present invention has demonstrated enhanced cleaning characteristics especially at higher temperatures (100° F. to about 200° F.) but also shows enhanced cleaning at ambient temperatures.
LIQUID WASHING COMPOSITION WITH SEPARATE COMPONENTS FOR LAUNDRY AND KIT THEREOF AND WASHING METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINES
A fluid washing composition with four separate components and laundry washing kit thereof is disclosed. The four components are housed in respective independent tanks of a laundry washing machine equipped with a program for selecting, dosing and differentiated delivering. Component 1 is a detergent formulation with a pH of 4.0-12.0, with high detergent effect in washing programs at temperatures of 40°-60° C., having a specific action on cotton fibers, particularly, whites. Component 2 is a detergent formulation with a pH of 8.0-12.0, with high detergent effect in washing programs at temperatures of 15°-40° C., having a specific action on synthetic, colored and animal-origin fibers. Component 3 is an enzyme-based stain-removing formulation including protease and lipase and possibly amylase with a pH of 5.0-6.0, stabilized with sorbitol and calcium chloride. Component 4 is an after-wash conditioning formulation, with a pH of 2.0-4.0.
Unit dose detergent pack including a liquid detergent composition with improved color stability
A unit dose detergent pack is disclosed. The unit dose detergent pack includes a pouch formed from a water-soluble film and a liquid detergent composition releasably disposed within the pouch. The liquid detergent composition includes an alkanolamine, an acid, a copolymer formed from first and second monomers with the first monomer being diallyldimethylammonium chloride (DADMAC), and an alkali metal sulfite or bisulfite. The copolymer and the alkali metal sulfite or bisulfite interact with at least one of the alkanolamine and the acid to reduce discoloration of the liquid detergent composition.
METHODS FOR MAKING CLEANING COMPOSITIONS AND DETECTING SOILS
Identifying a residue-component in a residue on a surface, comprising using molecular probes selected from the group comprising antibodies, affimers, aptamers, lectins, carbohydrate binding modules and mixtures thereof. The residue-component may be a soil or surface treatment component. The method can be used to make or improve cleaning or treatment compositions or processes.
Methods for cleansing medical devices
The present invention relates to compositions such as cleaning compositions comprising a mix of enzymes. The invention further relates, use of compositions comprising such enzymes in cleaning processes.
The use of the high alkaline cleaner of the present invention has demonstrated enhanced cleaning characteristics especially at higher temperatures (100° F. to about 300° F.) but also shows enhanced cleaning at ambient temperatures.
The Production of Highly Ionized Alkaline Water Using a Combination of Reducing Metals and Reductive Minerals
Methods and systems are provided for producing ionized alkaline solutions (e.g. ionized alkaline water) that exhibit long-term stability when stored at room temperature.
Detergent compositions and uses thereof
The present invention relates to polypeptides having hexosaminidase activity, and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides.
LEUCO TRIPHENYLMETHANE COLORANTS AS BLUING AGENTS IN LAUNDRY CARE COMPOSITIONS
A laundry care composition including: (a) at least one laundry care ingredient and (b) a least one compound represented by Formula (I):
##STR00001##
The ratio of Formula I to its oxidized form is at least 1:3 and each individual R.sub.o, R.sub.m and R.sub.p group on each of rings A, B and C is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium and R.sup.5. At least one of the R.sub.o and R.sub.m groups on at least one of the three rings A, B or C is hydrogen and each R.sub.p is independently selected from hydrogen, —OR.sup.1 and —NR.sup.1R.sup.2, G is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, and mixtures thereof.
