20230001032 · 2023-01-05 · ·

A system and method for disinfection of food processing equipment is described. The system comprises one or more nozzle for delivering disinfecting fog, and is adapted to be used so that there is free space in front of the nozzle, and an angle of at least 20° for the expanding fog. Further disclosed is a food processing system comprising at least one food processing unit that comprises a housing and food processing means within the housing, the housing being provided with a plurality of nozzles on an inside surface to deliver disinfectant and/or cleaning fluid towards the food processing means. Methods of disinfecting food processing equipment are also provided.

Spray container comprising a detergent composition

The need for a container and detergent composition which exhibit good cleaning, including on greasy soils, and good surface shine, while also maintaining spray visibility on the treated hard surface, is met by formulating an aqueous detergent composition using a low level of surfactant system, an aminoalcohol solvent, and a glycol ether solvent, at the specified ratios.

ANTIMICROBIAL DETERGENT COMPOSITION

An antimicrobial detergent composition includes the following components by mass percent: 0.1-10% of a polyester-polyether polymer, 0.01-2% of an antimicrobial agent with a halogenated phenol structure, 10-50% of a surfactant and a solvent. A 1% deionized water solution of the detergent composition has a pH value of 7.0-9.0. In the present invention, by introducing the polyester-polyether polymer into the composition, the deposition efficiency of the antimicrobial agent with the halogenated phenol structure on a fabric can be improved, a solubilization effect of the surfactant in a detergent can be reduced, and therefore, a antimicrobial effect is achieved.

Laundry detergent compositions with improved grease removal

Compositions, such as laundry detergent compositions, that include detersive surfactant and C4-C10 alkyl branched alcohol.

Liquid detergent compositions with improved rheology

A composition that includes of detersive surfactant, external structurant or thickener, and C4-C10 alkyl branched alcohol.
