STABLE AQUEOUS SURFACTANT COMPOSITIONS
The present disclosure relates to stable aqueous compositions of alkyl sulfates, which are suitable for numerous commercial applications due to their favorable cleaning and foaming properties. More particularly, the disclosure relates to stable aqueous compositions of alkyl sulfates in combination with select hydrophobic agents, such as essential oils.
Lamellar phase-containing laundry detergent in a multi-compartment water-soluble pouch
The present invention provides a multi-compartment laundry detergent water-soluble pouch, wherein the pouch comprises a first compartment and a second compartment, wherein the first compartment comprises a benefit delivery composition, wherein the second compartment comprises a detergent ingredient, wherein the benefit delivery composition comprises a lamellar phase composition and a viscous hydrophobic ingredient, wherein the lamellar phase composition comprises a mixture of surfactant and fatty amphiphile in lamellar phase, wherein the viscous hydrophobic ingredient comprises silicone and/or petrolatum.
Opaque Compositions and Methods for the Same
Opaque cleaning compositions substantially free of opacifying agents and pearlizers, and methods for the same are disclosed. The cleaning composition may include a synergistic combination of a surfactant system and one or more salts. The surfactant system may include a nonionic surfactant and two anionic surfactants, and the one or more salts may include a multivalent ion. In some examples, the cleaning composition is free of thickeners.
