A method of treating the sensor array includes exposing at least the sensor pad to a wash solution including sulfonic acid and an organic solvent and rinsing the wash solution from the sensor pad.
LIQUID HAND DISHWASHING CLEANING COMPOSITION
A liquid hand dishwashing cleaning composition having from 15% to 40% by weight of the composition of a surfactant system. The surfactant system has an anionic surfactant and from 5% to 18.4% of a nonionic surfactant package by weight of the composition. The weight ratio of the nonionic surfactant package to the anionic surfactant ranges from 1:1 to 3:1. The nonionic surfactant has a mixture of a first nonionic surfactant and a second nonionic surfactant. The first nonionic surfactant includes an alkyl polyglucoside surfactant. The surfactant system further includes a co-surfactant. The weight ratio of the anionic surfactant to the co-surfactant ranges from 1:1 to 8:1. The composition is free of fatty acid or salts thereof.
SOLIDIFYING LIQUID AMINE OXIDE, BETAINE, AND/OR SULTAINE SURFACTANTS WITH A BINDER AND OPTIONAL CARRIER
The invention relates to solidification of liquid amine oxide, betaine, and/or sultaine surfactants with a binder to form a solidified surfactant composition. In particular, the invention relates to solidification of liquid surfactants utilizing drying device(s), wherein the feed composition contains at least one liquid surfactant and a binder and optional carrier to form a solidified surfactant composition. The solidified surfactant compositions can be useful in various cleaning compositions.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION
The present invention concerns a detergent composition, comprising: (a) from 1.5 to 30 wt. %, of an anionic surfactant; (b) from 3 to 20 wt. % of a saturated or monosaturated linear C16 and/or C18 ether sulfate with mole average of 5 to 13, preferably 7 to 13 ethoxylate groups; (c) from 1 to 5 wt. % of a nonionic surfactant; (d) from 0.5 to 15 wt. % of polymeric cleaning boosters selected from antiredeposition polymers, soil release polymers and mixtures thereof, and wherein the anionic surfactant a) is a non-ether sulfate anionic surfactant; and to a domestic method of treating a textile.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION
A detergent composition, comprising: (a) from 2 to 25 wt. % of an alcohol ether sulfate of formula R.sub.1—(OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2).sub.mOSO.sub.3H where R.sub.1 is saturated or monounsaturated, preferably saturated, linear C12 and/or C14 alkyl chain and where m is from 1 to 4; and, (b) from 2 to 25 wt. % of an alcohol ether sulfate of formula R.sub.2—(OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2).sub.nOSO.sub.3H where R.sub.2 is saturated or monounsaturated linear C16 and/or C18 alkyl chain and where n is from 5 to 20; wherein the weight ratio of (a) to (b) is from 5:1 to 1:8. A domestic method of treating a textile with an aqueous solution of 0.5 to 20 g/L of said detergent composition.
Membrane disinfectant
A non-oxidizing, buffered disinfectant concentrate is provided to be included in a solution used to disinfect a membrane. The solution applied to the membrane is configured to have a pH that is compatible with the membrane. The disinfectant concentrate includes an aqueous solvent; a hydrotrope; a strong acid surface cleanser; a biocidal active, preferably, at least two biocidal actives; a buffer agent; and, optionally, an anionic surfactant. The biodical active may be selected to function both as a biocide and as a weak acid/buffer combination. A disinfectant solution applied to the membrane includes from about 0.1 wt % to about 3.5 wt % of this disinfectant concentrate.
