The present invention relates to a deodorising composition containing: (a) 1,8-para-menthenethiol, (b) 3-mercaptohexyl acetate and (c) undecylenic acid or a derivative thereof. It also relates to the use of said composition for eliminating bad odours, and to a deodorant product in the form of an aerosol, a candle or a perfume diffuser that has a wick or a stick or is electric, or an article consisting of a solid polymeric material, in particular a silicone elastomer, containing the aforementioned composition.
CONSUMER PRODUCTS COMPRISING DELIVERY PARTICLES WITH HIGH CORE:WALL RATIOS
Consumer product compositions that include a consumer product adjunct material and a population of delivery particles, where the delivery particles include a core and a polymer wall, preferably a poly(meth)acrylate polymer wall, surrounding the core, where the weight ratio of the core materials and the wall polymer of the delivery particles is relatively high (e.g., at least 95:5). Related methods of making and using such compositions.
CLEANING SOLUTION AND CLEANING METHOD
The present invention provides: a cleaning liquid for semiconductor substrates having undergone CMP, the cleaning liquid being excellent in temporal stability and cleaning performance; and a method of cleaning such semiconductor substrates. A cleaning liquid of the invention contains: a first amine compound which is represented by Formula (1) and whose conjugated acid has a first acidity constant of not less than 8.5; and a second amine compound (provided that the first amine compound is excluded). The mass ratio of the first amine compound content to the second amine compound content is 1 to 100, and the cleaning liquid has pH of 6.0-12.0 at 25° C.

This disclosure relates to compositions containing 1) at least one water soluble polar aprotic organic solvent; 2) at least one quaternary ammonium hydroxide; 3) at least one compound comprising at least three hydroxyl groups; 4) at least one carboxylic acid; 5) at least one Group II metal cation; 6) at least one copper corrosion inhibitor selected from the group consisting of 6-substituted-2,4-diamino-1,3,5-triazines; and 7) water. The compositions can effectively strip positive or negative-tone resists or resist residues, and be non-corrosive to bumps and underlying metallization materials (such as SnAg, CuNiSn, CuCoCu, CoSn, Ni, Cu, Al, W, Sn, Co, and the like) on a semiconductor substrate.
PROCESS SOLUTION FOR POLYMER PROCESSING
The present disclosure relates to a process solution for polymer processing, containing a polar aprotic solvent, a fluorine-based compound, and a sulfur-containing compound. The process solution for polymer processing may have excellent storage stability and minimize damage to the metal layer while improving an ability to remove the adhesive polymer remaining on a circuit surface of a semiconductor wafer.
Cool-sensation imparter composition containing 2,2,6-trimethylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid derivative
A cooling agent composition contains a 2,2,6-trimethylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid derivative represented by the following general formula (1). The symbol * represents an asymmetric carbon atom. X represents NH, N(ZAr.sup.2), O or S, Z represents a single bond or an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, Ar.sup.2 represents an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms which may have a substituent or an aromatic heterocyclic group having 2 to 15 carbon atoms which may have a substituent. Y each independently represents a methylene group which may have a substituent, and n represents an integer of 0 to 3. Ar.sup.1 represents an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms which may have a substituent or an aromatic heterocyclic group having 2 to 15 carbon atoms which may have a substituent. ##STR00001##
