Compressed Unit Dose Toilet Cleaning Tablets
A compressed unit dose toilet cleaning tablet for use with a wand. The unit dose contains surfactant, organic acid, and an organic acid buffering agent and is compressed into a tablet or puck that dissolves in toilet water after cleaning. The tablet has a top surface, a bottom surface, a height extending from the top surface to the bottom surface, and a diameter. The top surface has an indentation adapted to receive and engage with a wand. A ratio of the height to the diameter of the tablet is between 0.2 and 0.3. A kit contains a plurality of the tablets and a wand.
Concentrated Liquid Detergent
Unit dose detergent packs and detergent compositions are provided. A unit dose detergent pack includes a pouch made of a water-soluble film and a detergent composition encapsulated within the pouch. The detergent composition includes a surfactant component including (1) an alcohol ethoxy sulfate having a C.sub.8-C.sub.20 backbone ethoxylated with from about 1 to about 10 moles of ethylene oxide, (2) at least one non-ionic surfactant having an alkoxylated alcohol, and (3) at least one anionic surfactant having a linear alkylbenzene sulfonate wherein (1), (2), and (3) are present in a weight ratio of actives of about (0 to 0.5):(0.05 to 0.9):(0 to 0.75). The detergent composition also includes water and a rheology control agent. The rheology control agent is selected from ethylene glycol monohexyl ether, ethylene glycol monopropyl ether, an ethoxylated ester, polyethylene glycol 400, an alkoxylated amine, and combinations of two or more thereof.
Cleaning agent for bathrooms in block form
An improved cleaning composition in block form is described. The composition addresses the consumer issues of having a clear product that remains clear through the life of the product and also has favorable handling properties such as a high melting point and increased hardness. The improvements are the result of three essential ingredients of particular block copolymer nonionic surfactants, alkanecarboxylic salts, and particular solvents at restricted proportions in the overall composition that are molded into a cleaning composition in block form that exhibits a high melting point, hardness and high optical transmittance.
AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING COMPOSITION
An automatic dishwashing composition comprising polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) or derivatives thereof.
Solid cleaner with benzalkonium chloride, PEG-8, and Guar
A solid cleaning composition, the composition including: one or more anionic surfactants, wherein the one or more anionic surfactants constitute 40 wt. % to 90 wt. % of the composition; a cationic biocide, wherein the cationic biocide constitute 0.0001 wt. % to 2 wt. % of the composition; and one or more humectants; wherein the one or more humectants constitute 0.03 wt. % to 35 wt. % of the compositions, the cationic biocide retaining its biocidal activity as demonstrated by a reduction of at least 1.0 log 10 in a standard hand wash test.
Use of propoxylated surfactant or polymer in foaming applications to control viscoelasticity in highly active liquid formulations
Antimicrobial or non-antimicrobial compositions, sanitizing compositions and other compositions combining use of a propoxylated EO/PO block copolymer surfactant and/or propoxylated polymer in combination with at least one additional anionic and/or nonionic surfactant to provide concentrated compositions having a desired viscoelasticity at an active level of at least 18% are disclosed. Non-antimicrobial applications combining use of a propoxylated surfactant and/or propoxylated polymer in combination with at least one additional anionic and/or nonionic surfactant to provide compositions having a desired viscoelasticity are also disclosed. Methods of using concentrated and use compositions having desired foaming enhancement and stabilization are also disclosed.
COMPOSITION FOR CLEANING GASOLINE ENGINE FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEMS, AIR INTAKE SYSTEMS, AND COMBUSTION CHAMBERS
A cleaning composition, which is suitable for cleaning fuel delivery systems, air-intake systems, intake valves, and combustion chambers, includes at least 3 wt. % of a polyether component, at least 5 wt. % of a polar solvent, and at least 5 wt. % a non-polar solvent. The polyether component is selected from polyethers, polyetheramines, and mixtures thereof.
Particulate laundry softening wash additive comprising a quat and nonionic surfactant carrier
A composition including a plurality of particles, the plurality of particles including: about 25% to about 94% by weight a water soluble carrier; about 5% to about 45% by weight a quaternary ammonium compound; and about 0.5% to about 10% by weight a cationic polymer; wherein the plurality of particles comprises individual particles, each individual particle having a mass from about 1 mg to about 1 g.
DRYING-AID FOR LAUNDRY
Provided are drying aid compositions, which comprise an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide-ethylene oxide (EO/PO/EO) triblock copolymer and an aminosilicone. The compositions can be added to the aqueous bath during the laundry process to reduce the drying time of a textile. Also provided is a process for laundering a textile, which comprises contacting the textile with an aqueous bath containing a drying aid composition comprising an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide-ethylene oxide (EO/PO/EO) triblock copolymer and an aminosilicone.
Development of extensional viscosity for reduced atomization for diluted concentrate sprayer applications
