Isotopic compositions
The present invention provides a beverage and a dermatological composition comprising water molecules, the water molecules having oxygen atoms of different isotopes, the beverage being enriched in at least one of the oxygen isotopes, the enrichment being in reference to (i) the amount of that oxygen isotope in the water used to produce the beverage or (ii) the amount of that oxygen isotope in ground water, or (iii) Vienna Standard Mean Ocean Water. The water molecules may be derived from a plant source, such as a juice, a sap or a tree water.
Water Ionization System and Method
A method for producing an ionized water product for coffee comprises the steps of introducing source water to an ionization system, passing the source water through one or more reaction vessels, wherein one or more ionic species are introduced into the source water, and combining products of one or more reaction vessels to produce the ionized water product having between about 10 ppm to about 40 ppm magnesium ions, about 10 ppm to about 40 ppm calcium ions, and about 40 ppm to about 90 ppm total of bicarbonate and carbonate ions.
System and Method for Producing Synthetic Water Flavor Profile Concentrates
The present invention is a system and method for calculating the differences in chemical and/or mineral constituencies present in the makeups of a source water profile and a target water profile and calculating an optimized routine for altering the source water profile to mimic the target water profile. The present innovation utilizes an optimization function to determine the constituent differences and to derive a dosing routine to mix one or more batches of output mixture. The present innovation employs a dosing machine to affect the routine determined by the optimization function. In an embodiment the dosing machine utilizes one or more ingredient-dedicated peristaltic pumps to mix ingredients into one or more output mixture batches and deliver the one or more output mixture batches to a human user.
Method of Producing Beer or a Beer-Like Beverage and a Beer Concentrate
A method of producing beer comprises the steps of producing or supplying a beer intermediate, wherein the beer intermediate is manufactured through a brewing process, storing the beer intermediate in a container, transporting the container containing the beer intermediate to a processing station where the beer intermediate is discharged from the container for further processing and mixing CO with the discharged beer intermediate. Before the step of storing the beer intermediate at least one of alcohol, malt syrup, wheat syrup, hop and sugar is added to the beer intermediate such that the stored beer intermediate forms a beer concentrate, wherein removal of water from the beer intermediate after the brewing process is omitted. Water is mixed with the discharged beer concentrate so as to obtain ready-to-consume beer or a ready-to-consume beer-like beverage. The produced or supplied beer intermediate has a CO2 concentration which is lower than 3 g/kg.
HUMIC AND FULVIC BLACK WATER BASED BEVERAGE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
The embodiments disclose a method including bottling alcoholic beverages with selected ingredients including alcohol neutral spirits, alcohol and whisky, beer, wine, ingredients to add flavors and nutritional additive ingredients to benefit the health of an alcoholic beverage drinker, wherein a selection of alcohols includes vodka, tequila, gin, rum, brandy and other alcoholic spirits, wherein a selection of ingredients to add flavors includes flavorings including fruit flavorings, an artificial sweetener, and natural sweetener, wherein a selection of nutritional additive ingredients includes vitamins, minerals, fulvic acid, humic acid, ulmic acid and a purified and sanitized black water with humic acid and fulvic acid molecules in a mixed solution, and wherein bottling includes a bottling electronic monitoring, at least one control network, at least one bottling quality control process and a bottling labeling and packaging process and devices.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WATER MINERALIZATION
A method for water mineralization is disclosed. At least one mineral that is only sparingly soluble at a pH of 7 but that is highly soluble at pH<3 is introduced into the anolyte zone of an electrolyzer, where the applied voltage creates a low-pH environment. The at least one mineral rapidly dissolves in the acidic anolyte, thereby mineralizing the anolyte. A device for performing the method is also disclosed.
FERMENTATION AND AGING APPARATUS
A fermentation and aging apparatus may include a tank, a fermentation container, an ingredient accommodator having at least a portion of ingredients for making a beverage accommodated therein, a pump, and a controller that controls the pump such that the portion of ingredients accommodated in the ingredient accommodator may be introduced into the fermentation container while the beverage is made. The controller may control the pump according to a primary fluid supply operation of turning on the pump to introduce fluid accommodated in the tank into the ingredient accommodator and to introduce the fluid and the portion of ingredients into the fermentation container, an operation of turning off the pump during a predetermined idle period, and a secondary fluid supply operation of turning on the pump to introduce the fluid accommodated in the tank into the ingredient accommodator and to introduce ingredients remaining in the ingredient accommodator and the fluid into the fermentation container.

Water purification system
A water purification system is configured to create a treated water for a home brewing operation. The water purification system includes a sediment filter, connected to an untreated water source. Untreated water flows from the untreated water source through the sediment filter creating a sediment filtered water. A carbon filter is connected to the sediment filter. The sediment filtered water flows through the carbon filter creating a carbon filtered water. A reverse osmosis system is connected to the carbon filter. The carbon filtered water flows through the reverse osmosis system and is segregated into a treated water and a rejected water. The treated water is distributed to the come brewing operation. A deionizing filter is connected to the reverse osmosis system with an automatic shutoff valve. The deionizing filter receives a second flow of treated water and creates a deionized water.
