Disclosed herein are platforms, systems, and methods including a cell culture system that includes a cell culture container comprising a cell culture, the cell culture receiving input cells, a cell imaging subsystem configured to acquire images of the cell culture, a computing subsystem configured to perform a cell culture process on the cell culture according to the images acquired by the cell imaging subsystem, and a cell editing subsystem configured to edit the cell culture to produce output cell products according to the cell culture process.
Production Device, Production System and Production Method for Cell Structure
Provided are: a production device by which a cell structure having a three-dimensional structure is produced using a plurality of linear members; a production system therefor; and a production method therefor. The production device 100 comprises a top plate 110, pins 120A to 120D, a first slide plate 130, a second slide plate 140, a stopper 150, a base plate 160, an outer peripheral needle-shaped member 170 and an inner peripheral needle-shaped member 180. Cell aggregates 400 are put into a three-dimensional tubular space S1 that is defined by the outer peripheral needle-shaped member 170 and the inner peripheral needle-shaped member 180. Then, the top plate 110 is pressed downward on the accumulated cell aggregates 400. Thus, the cell aggregates 400 are immersed in a culture solution 210 and stuck together so that a tubular cell structure 500 is produced using the three-dimensional space S1 as a mold.
Method for production of a soil amendment
A system and method for the production of microbial consortiums and by-product material is provided. A physical containment system comprising phase spaces arranged in a discrete order to favor specific biological reactions is also provided. Phase profiles and phase data sets include the pre-determined physical and biological parameters for the phase space transitions. Movement of material from one phase to the next is hydraulically balanced enabling working fluid to continuously move in a fixed direction and rate of flow. Continuous monitoring of phase profiles and phase data sets provide feedback to the system enabling alteration of the conditions in the system to control reactions therein.
DEVICE FOR LIQUID PROCESSING IN CELL CULTURE PROCESS
The present disclosure relates to a device for liquid processing in the process of cell culture, comprises: a settling tank which is configured to store a cell culture fluid from a bioreactor; a communicating tube that allows the bioreactor to communicate with the settling tank; a first excretory tube for discharging a cell concentrate, which is connected to the settling tank; a second excretory tube for discharging a supernatant, which is connected to the settling tank; a pump; and a control unit. In such device, after the cell culture fluid is separated into the supernatant and the cell concentrate by the gravitational settling in the settling tank, the control unit is configured to control the pump to (a) return the supernatant to the bioreactor through the communicating tube and harvest the cell concentrate through the first excretory tube and/or (b) harvest the supernatant through the second excretory tube and return the cell concentrate to the bioreactor through the communicating tube.
BIOREACTOR AND USE THEREOF, METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ORGANIC NUTRIENT SOLUTION AND FOR CARBON DIOXIDE STORAGE
A bioreactor (1, 2, 3) and use thereof for converting organic residual and/or waste materials into an organic nutrient solution with a proportion of at least 10% plant-available mineralized nitrogen relative to the total nitrogen content of the nutrient solution. A process for preparing an organic nutrient solution is also provided, as well as an organic nutrient solution, use of an organic nutrient solution as an absorbent for carbon dioxide storage, use of an organic nutrient solution as an agent for binding carbon in plants and soils and to a nutrient production and carbon dioxide storage system.

Anaerobic digestion device based on self-sustained air flotation
An anaerobic digestion device based on self-sustained air flotation includes an anaerobic digestion tank unit, a self-sustained air flotation screening unit and a biogas measurement and collection unit. The self-sustained air flotation screening unit includes an air flotation screening part, a material sedimentation part, a reflux part and a three-phase separation part connected sequentially from bottom to top. A digested material in the anaerobic digestion tank unit is pumped into the air flotation screening part, overflows into the material sedimentation part, and then is raised to the reflux part. Gas passing through the three-phase separation part and gas produced in the anaerobic digestion tank unit enter the biogas measurement and collection unit to be measured and collected.
