Disclosed herein are platforms, systems, and methods including a cell culture system that includes a cell culture container comprising a cell culture, the cell culture receiving input cells, a cell imaging subsystem configured to acquire images of the cell culture, a computing subsystem configured to perform a cell culture process on the cell culture according to the images acquired by the cell imaging subsystem, and a cell editing subsystem configured to edit the cell culture to produce output cell products according to the cell culture process.
ALTERNATING TANGENTIAL FLOW BIOREACTOR WITH HOLLOW FIBER SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to systems and methods for perfusion cell culture involving alternating fluid flows between first and second flexible vessels. For example, a hollow fiber filter module may be attached to first and second culture vessels which each include inner and outer vessels. A pressure source may cause a pressure differential between the outer vessels, which may cause a responsive fluid flow between the inner vessels across a hollow fiber filtration unit.

A suction unit, a supply unit, an electronic control unit for actuating the suction unit and the supply unit, an acid tank, a collection tank for receiving a liquid suctioned out of the bioreactor, and a freshwater connection are provided. The bioreactor cleaning system comprises a metering unit which has acid canister connections, base canister connections, an acid metering device which can be connected to the acid canister connections and the acid tank, and a base metering device which can be connected to the base canister connections and the acid tank. Additionally, a mixer is provided in order to mix the different liquids.
GAS AND LIQUID FLOW REGULATION SYSTEM FOR CELL CULTURE
Embodiments of the provided technology relate to a gas flow and liquid flow regulation system within a cell culture instrument. Embodiments of the gas and liquid flow regulation system include a pressurizable gas-mixing chamber, a cell culture compartment that includes a cell culture vessel having and a gas space, and a gas flow system. The gas flow system is driven by gas pressure, and is adaptable to provide an atmospheric condition of hypoxia and hyperbaric pressure within the cell culture compartment. The liquid flow regulation system is driven by hydraulic pressure.
PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING AN INOCULUM
A process and system for producing an inoculum for downstream cell production is disclosed. The inoculum is produced in a perfusion bioreactor in which the nutrient media feed is increased as the biomass concentration increases within the bioreactor.
