MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL EXPRESSING HEPATOCYTE GROWTH FACTOR, AND USE THEREOF
A recombinant lentiviral vector includes a gene encoding a hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) protein. And a cell that is transfected with the lentivirus produced by using the vector is provided. The recombinant lentivirus includes a gene encoding a HGF protein, and a host cell transfected with the lentivirus maintains a high cell proliferation rate. Thus, a mesenchymal stem cell expressing HGF by being transfected with the lentivirus may be usefully employed as a cell therapeutic agent.
Recombinant RSV antigens, nucleic acid molecules encoding the antigens, and vaccine compositions comprising the same
Provided is an antigen including a recombinant respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) F protein, wherein the recombinant RSV F protein includes an antigenic region flanked with an HRN region and an HRC region, and the antigenic region includes one or more antigenic sites selected from the group consisting of site Ø, site II, and site IV. The present disclosure also provides a nucleic acid molecule encoding the antigen and a vaccine composition including the antigen for eliciting an immune response against RSV.
CHIMERIC RSV AND CORONAVIRUS PROTEINS, IMMUNOGENIC COMPOSITIONS, AND METHODS OF USE
The invention relates generally to chimeric viral fusion proteins comprising the ectodomain and optionally the transmembrane domain of a first viral fusion protein (e.g., a spike protein of a coronavirus) and the cytoplasmic domain of a second viral fusion protein (e.g. RSV), immunogenic compositions comprising such chimeric proteins, and methods of use of same.
CHIMERIC VECTORS
Disclosed are live, chimeric non-human Mononegavirales vectors that allow a cell to express at least one protein from at least one human pathogen. In addition, compositions comprising the vectors, methods and kits for eliciting an immune response in a host, and methods of making the vectors are disclosed, in accordance with embodiments of the invention.
RECOMBINANT RSV ANTIGENS, NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULES ENCODING THE ANTIGENS, AND VACCINE COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING THE SAME
Provided is an antigen including a recombinant respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) F protein, wherein the recombinant RSV F protein includes an antigenic region flanked with an HRN region and an HRC region, and the antigenic region includes one or more antigenic sites selected from the group consisting of site , site II, and site IV. The present disclosure also provides a nucleic acid molecule encoding the antigen and a vaccine composition including the antigen for eliciting an immune response against RSV.
