Multiple viral antigen COVID vaccine and therapeutic
A composition for treating or preventing COVID-19 infection is described. The composition includes attenuated Measles virus particles; attenuated Mumps virus particles; attenuated Rubella II virus particles; scorpion antivenom; and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition can be used in a method of treating COVID-19 infection in a subject, and can also be used in a method of vaccinating a subject to decrease the risk or severity of infection by COVID-19.
COMPOSITION FOR ENHANCING INDUCTION OF HUMORAL IMMUNITY, AND VACCINE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION
The present invention aims to provide a composition for promoting humoral immunity induction and a vaccine pharmaceutical composition that can be universally used for various antigens in inducing humoral immunity to antigens, contain a Th2 reaction promoter, and exerts a high humoral immunity inducing effect. The present invention relates to a vaccine pharmaceutical composition containing an antigen for humoral immunity induction and at least one Th2 reaction promoter.
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR STABILIZATION OF ACTIVE AGENTS
Provided herein are methods and compositions for stabilization of active agents. The active agents are distributed, mixed or embedded in a silk fibroin matrix, thereby retaining the bioactivity of the active agents upon storage and/or transportation. In some embodiments, the storage-stable vaccine-silk compositions are also provided herein.
IDENTIFYING PATIENT POPULATIONS VULNERABLE TO VIRAL INFECTION AND METHODS OF INDUCING HETEROLOGOUS IMMUNITY IN SAME
This application relates to methods for assessing patient populations and determining subpopulations vulnerable to viral infection, methods of reducing the risk of infection and/or inducing heterologous immunity to said viral infection.
EPITOPE MIMICS
This invention pertains to the identification of antibody mediated epitope mimics and applications of the identification of said mimic peptides in the design of biotherapeutics and vaccines.
Rubella virus spike construct
The Rubella Virus Spike construct comprises at least one E1 component and one E2 component, which are linked together. The E1 component consists of the El envelope protein, whose C-terminal transmembrane region and intravirional domain are removed and whose N-terminus comprises the ectodomain of the El envelope protein. The E2 component consists of the E2 envelope protein whose transmembrane regions and intravirional domain removed and whose C-terminus comprising the ectodomain of the E2 envelope protein. The C-terminus of the E2 component is connected to the N-terminus of the E1 component by direct fusion or by means of a linker to form an E1-E2 fusion protein.
