Compositions containing amino acids, phosphate and manganese and their uses
The invention provides methods of producing vaccines directed against microorganisms, with the methods comprising culturing, harvesting and/or suspending the microorganism in the presence of a radiation-protective composition and irradiating the bacteria or viruses with a dose of radiation sufficient to render the microorganism replication-deficient and/or non-infective. The radiation-protective compositions used in the methods of the present invention comprise at least one nucleoside, at least one antioxidant and at least one small peptide. The invention also provides methods of rendering bacteria in culture resistant to ionizing radiation (IR), with these methods comprising culturing the bacteria in the presence of a radiation-protective composition.
BACTERIAL DELIVERY VEHICLE, PROCESS OF PRODUCTION AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to the delivery of a payload by bacterial delivery vehicle, i.e. the encapsulation and the delivery of a single plasmid by different bacterial virus particles. More specifically, the present invention concerns a pharmaceutical composition comprising a payload packaged in at least two different bacterial delivery vehicles and a method of production thereof.
Pharmaceutical compositions comprising bacterial delivery vehicles and uses thereof

Bacteriophage-Based Vaccines and Engineered Bacteriophage
Engineered bacteriophage and methods of forming the bacteriophage are described. Multivalent bacteriophage are described that can include multiple different exogenous polypeptides at a surface of the capsid head. Vaccines and methods of forming and using vaccines are described. A vaccine can include an engineered bacteriophage that exhibits an immunogenic exogenous polypeptide at a surface of the bacteriophage. Multivalent bacteriophage and immunogenic bacteriophage are free of nucleic acids encoding the exogenous polypeptide(s).
Fusion protein comprising bacteriophage λ GpD fused to a GP2 antigen derived from HER-2/neu
Described herein is a fusion protein comprising a bacteriophage protein fused to a cancer antigen. Vaccines are also described, as well as methods of treatment and/or prevention of cancer and methods of immunizing an individual.
PEPTIDE DISPLAYING BACTERIOPHAGE NANOPARTICLES AND RELATED COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS
Described herein is a fusion protein comprising a bacteriophage protein fused to a cancer antigen. Vaccines are also described, as well as methods of treatment and/or prevention of cancer and methods of immunizing an individual.

BACTERIOPHAGE LAMBDA-VACCINE SYSTEM
Bacteriophage are disclosed herein that include a head, a tail, and a lambda genome comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding a fusion protein comprising a D protein linked to heterologous antigen, wherein the nucleic acid sequence is inserted into a native gene D locus adjacent to gene E, in the lambda genome, and wherein expression of the fusion protein results in the head of the bacteriophage comprising the fusion protein. Host bacterial cells also disclosed herein that are infected with the bacteriophage . In addition, immunogenic compositions are disclosed that include an effective amount of the bacteriophage . Methods also are disclosed for inducing an immune response to the heterologous antigen in a subject. Furthermore, methods are disclosed for preparing these bacteriophage .
