COUPLING SYSTEM OF COPPER SLAG RECYCLING AND CO2 MINERALIZATION BASED ON INDUSTRIAL SOLID WASTE

A coupling system of copper slag recycling and CO.sub.2 mineralization process based on industrial solid waste includes the following steps: obtaining copper slags, performing a slag forming treatment, obtaining reforming slags, obtaining sponge iron, coupling the reforming slag with a CO.sub.2 mineralization process based on industrial solid waste, and coupling the CO.sub.2 generated in the process of obtaining sponge iron with the CO.sub.2 mineralization process based on industrial solid waste. The system includes a slag forming treatment device, a secondary treatment device, a first coupling device, and a second coupling device. The coupling system couples the recycling of copper slag with the existing CO.sub.2 mineralization process based on industrial solid waste. Various production lines can be organically integrated in a green and clean manner for both reforming slag and flue gas.

Method for manufacturing thin-specification high-Ti wear-resistant steel NM450

A method for manufacturing thin-specification high-Ti wear-resistant steel NM450 comprises the steps of preparing melted iron in a blast-furnace, preprocessing the melted iron, smelting the melted iron in a converter, refining the melted steel in a LF furnace, refining the melted steel in a RH furnace, conventional slab continuous casting, heating the slab in a heating furnace, dephosphorizing the slab by high-pressure water, heating the slab in a hot continuous rolling mill, performing ultra fast cooling, reeling, flattening, heating, quenching, tempering and finishing.

Method for treating desulfurization slag

A method for treating desulfurization slag involves conveying desulfurization slag from pig iron desulfurization to a unit where the desulfurization slag is melted at a temperature of at least 1,400 C. In the unit, a thorough mixing is achieved. The treatment takes place in the unit under oxidizing conditions. Sulfur dioxide is generated and collected from the roasting gas and supplied for further utilization.
