A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes, in wt%, Si: 1.5 to 4.0%, Al: 0.5 to 1.5%, Mn: 0.05 to 0.55%, C: 0.005% or less, Ti: 0.004% or less (excluding 0%), N: 0.005% or less (excluding 0%), S: 0.005% or less (excluding 0%), and Cu: 0.01% or less (excluding 0%), and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, and satisfies Formula 1 and Formula 2 below.

Method for the manufacture of a galvannealed steel sheet includes the following steps: A) the provision of a pre-coated steel sheet coated with a first coating comprising iron and nickel, such steel sheet having the following chemical composition in weight percent 0.10<C<0.40%, 1.5<Mn<3.0%, 0.7<Si<2.0%, 0.05<Al<1.0%, 0.75<(Si+Al)<3.0% and on a purely optional basis, one or more elements such as Nb≤0.5%, B≤0.005%, Cr≤1.0%, Mo≤0.50%, Ni≤1.0%, Ti≤0.5%, the remainder of the composition making up of iron and inevitable impurities resulting from the elaboration, B) the thermal treatment of such pre-coated steel sheet at a temperature between 600 to 1000° C., C) the hot-dip coating of the steel sheet obtained in step B) with a second coating based on zinc and D) an alloying treatment to form a galvannealed steel sheet.
HOT-ROLLED STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A hot-rolled steel sheet has, as a chemical composition, by mass %: C: 0.01% to 0.30%; Si: 0.01% to 3.00%; Mn: 0.20% to 3.00%; P: 0.030% or less; S: 0.030% or less; Al: 0.001% to 2.000%; N: 0.0100% or less; and Ni: 0.02% to 0.50%, in which among measurement points at which elemental analysis is performed at a measurement pitch of 1 μm using an EPMA in a region of 250 μm×250 μm on a surface, the percentage of measurement points having a Ni content of 0.5 mass % or more is 10% to 70%.
Bolt and fastened structure
A bolt of the present invention has a composition comprising: 0.50 mass % or greater and 0.65 mass % or less of carbon (C), 1.5 mass % or greater and 2.5 mass % or less of silicon (Si), 1.0 mass % or greater and 2.0 mass % or less of chromium (Cr), 0.2 mass % or greater and 1.0 mass % or less of manganese (Mn), 1.5 mass % or greater and 5.0 mass % or less of molybdenum (Mo), wherein a total amount of phosphorous (P) and sulfur (S) as impurities is 0.03 mass % or less, the remaining is iron (Fe), and the bolt comprises an iron based oxide film with a film thickness of 3 μm or greater and 20 μm or less on the surface thereof. The bolt has excellent delayed fracture resistance and reliably provides a fastening axial force.

This steel sheet has a specific chemical composition, the tensile strength is 1300 MPa or more, the ratio (R/t) of the limit bend radius to the sheet thickness is less than 3.5, when a depth position of 30 μm from the surface in the sheet thickness direction is defined as a position A and a depth position of ¼ of the sheet thickness from the surface in the sheet thickness direction is defined as a position B, the number density of AIN at the position A is 3000 pieces/mm.sup.2 or more and 6000 pieces/mm.sup.2 or less, a metallographic structure at the position B includes 90% or more of martensite by volume percentage, and the hardness at the position A is 1.20 times or higher than the hardness at the position B.
